To be honest, that I couldn't stay longer. I didn't see any downsides to staying here.

Castaway is the perfect location. You are in the middle of everything yet at the same time it feels chiil! You want to step outside your room and join the rest of the guests at the pool or some drinks? DONE. You want to just sleep after a day/night out? DONE. The staff is incredibly accommodating with every request, and I always felt safe with myself and all my belongings. Queen is also one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure to meet! She's always bringing great energy, gives you excellent tips, and even joins the party when she can!

The place is beautiful and clean, but the best is Queen the soul of the place. She is very kind and warm with the guests and she makes feel to you like a friend. She have a lot of activities and party as well 🥳 I really recommend this hostel 👏🏼👏🏼

From start to finish the staff treat you like you belong there. Clean bedding and towels, bathroom cleaned daily and room are a decent size. Security on the gate and clean pool too!

At Castaway it's like a family. I made good friends there and the staff is very kind. I loved the free dinner on Friday it's good local food and a good way to meet the people that are staying here.

I’ve stayed here both times I’ve visited Bali and will continue to come back! My fave hostel ever, vibes are amazing everyone is super chill and up for a good party but the best part about this place are the staff. Queen is an absolute icon and Yanta, Ayo and Adi make sure everyone is looked after and make you feel part of the family. Loveeee this place <3

The bed creaked a lot when I moved around on the top bunk, making me feel like I was disturbing my bunkmate. Also, the sliding doors for the room let mosquitoes in at night.

I arrived very late and was still able to check in without any problems. The place was clean, and you can grab free mineral water whenever, which is nice. The staff was friendly; they even invited me to a free dinner at the hostel, even though I had already checked out.

We had an issue with ants in our rooms which they sorted the next day. The property doesn’t supply towels.

Very nice property with really nice staff. The pool was lovely. The beds were comfortable and clean. Very good location. Very close to restuarant’s and bars.

We loved staying at castaway! We came back for a second visit on our trip around Bali. The staff are all amazing, so welcoming and make so much effort with their guests. And Queen is always going above and beyond for her guests. The atmosphere was great, for both of our visits, and met some amazing people. Will definitely be staying again if we come back to Canggu.
