Not much to dislike here.

We had an incredible 4 night stay at CassaMia Bali with our family of seven. The villa was spacious and perfectly suited to our needs. The pool, movie room, and billiard table were all big hits with the whole family, providing plenty of entertainment and relaxation throughout our stay. The location in Jimbaran was fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to our favorite café and close to some amazing beachfront seafood restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient. A special mention to Manik and her wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Whether it was picking up dinner for us or cooking snacks for the kids, they were always attentive and ready to help. The house itself is beautiful and so well-maintained. Thank you to the team for such a memorable stay—we’ll definitely be back!

All’s well, if to pick fault, would have wished the living room is air conditioned because Bali at this period of year is just too hot!

It didn’t affect our stay at all, but the property is next door to a small daycare, so some mornings there is loud music being played while the children dance outside.

The property was beautiful and well cleaned each day by the lovely staff. The pool is fantastic! So big and great loungers to enjoy poolside time. Manik was so helpful prior to arriving and assisting with extras we needed - airport transfer, pool fencing, baby monitor, groceries and dinner cooked on arrival. The staff at the Villa are so lovely and Tika was particularly exceptional with our 1.5 year old Daughter playing with her. There is a great selection of books and toys too for kids to enjoy, a pool table, sound system and a cinema room. We celebrated a milestone birthday with our family while staying at CassaMia. Everything we needed was at the property and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It was easy for taxis to find as well with a nice long, easy access driveway with a private gate to enter. It’s easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and spas.

Loved it all....

The Cassamia Bali was our perfect place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing or just relax and recharge. Having the whole villa to ourselves...just the family, not sharing facilities with others, was wonderful! The included breakfast provided was delicious... lots of choice. Our house attendants were fabulous ...a big thank you to Tika and Wira, not only did they provide us with our breakfast, but clean and tidied up after us. I would also like to make a special mention to Tika for making the effort to learn all of our names. Speaking another language is hard and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The location was ideal for us...in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and salons. We were happy with the price...divided by the 9 of us was affordable. I highly recommend CassaMia Bali. Thank you to all the staff involved for making our holiday a truly memorable one.

Very minor things only, including: - Certain fixtures during the stay though the villa team fixed these immediately upon reported - TV remotes needed battery replacing - All rooms had TVs with 'Mii stick' for casting from your phone though difficult to differentiate as all were the same name. Could do with naming each room.

+ Friendly attentive 24/7 villa manager team available to help at all times, even late at night + Daily breakfast and fruit platter prepared by the team was great - good selection + Any issues or fixtures were attended to immediately upon reported + Helped with other facilities, booking hairdresser/taxi/restaurants etc + Large space with plenty to do - swimming, English pool, lounge + Strong aircon units in each room + Spacious rooms and bathrooms, some with walk in wardrobes + Amenities were plentiful, including hairdryer, toiletries, tissues + Spotlessly clean with daily cleaning, floors wiped immediately, all areas kept clean and tidy + Pool towels and room towels cleaned and replaced daily + Laundry and other services available at cost effective rates

More privacy butlers should be in villa during specific times and called if needed as they walk in and out of the areas. For the price I would expect more privacy or noted that the butler would be seen all the time.

Everything. Daily cleaning and breakfast making it super easy for us. The 2 staff (butlers) were exceptional anytime we needed something they were always there! helping us all the time.

Spacious villa worth staying as it was a great place to relax and spend time with family especially at the swimming pool and media room. Beach, minimart and restaurants are easily accessible, only a short walk is required. The kids' room is definitely my girl favourite place, there's tv, puzzles, board games and water gun to keep her busy. The best part is the staff at CassaMia, they were amazing. Breakfasts were delicious and portions was big enough and their In-Villa BBQ is really delicious especially the prawns and squids. Manik was also very helpful in suggesting/booking our daily activities and answering our questions. Most importantly, thank you Manik for replying within split seconds when I needed a Pediatrician ASAP during night time as baby was having fever for more than 1 day. It was a great place to stay with great staff who made our family feel like we were at home. Thank you for the the hospitality during our stay.

Breakfast was great plenty of hot food cereal, pancakes and fresh fruit, location was great 2 minute walk from beach bars and restaurants. Great layout, lovely rooms, entertaining area and huge pool couldnt ask for more.

The property is very close to a mobile cell tower. Sliding doors are not well sealed when closed. The two butler staff were very helpful

The location is great with food, shops and the beach near by. Breakfast is included and were very good. Rooms are clean and well appointed
