The aircon that can't be cold enough in the afternoon and night, was so hot

One of the main drawbacks of La Casita Villa is the bathroom. It is not fully enclosed and has a small section of the roof left open, which allows dust and small insects or animals to enter. This made using the bathroom less comfortable during our stay.

We had a good stay at this villa! The friendly staff were incredibly helpful throughout our vacation, especially with cleaning the villa and preparing breakfast each day. The property also offers great facilities, including a nice pool that made it easy for us to relax and unwind.

the dining and lounge area were on the other side to the rooms so when it was raining you were not under cover if you had to go to the fridge or to get dinner

The water pressure was very low, windows filled with fingerprints and uncleaned hands, the wifi bug a lot. And as nice as they were, I found that the staff came into the house a bit too often for no reason, as we were among friends it didn't bother us but if we had been a couple it could have been embarrassing (I'm not saying all this to complain but to allow them to do better in the future because it could bring them bad grades) :)

The staff was lovely, the pool amazing and the bed super comfy.

quite place, few local cafe on the to property from main road. (take 5m from villa to main road) local cafe open till midnight.

it a big villa but not much advantage on comfortable. just a big villa if you in groups of 6 or 8 person groups. recommend for shot stay.

Perfect Villa for our family of 5. 3 teenagers loved it! Massive pool, huge villa. Close to local eateries but so easy to get Gojek. We will definitely be back

They need to change the shower head, water pressure quite was so so. The toast need to be clean

1) The space the decoration is really nice. 2) There is private pool 3) staffs are friendly and accommodating (🤩🤩🤩⭐️⭐️ 4) they have on call massage in the properties which make it easier for us 5) villa is really spacious (it can accommodate 6-8 peoples, but you have to ask for extra bed 🥰🥰🥰😍😍

Service is horrible they come clean whenever they want without nocking on the door even if we fixed a time. Villa is full of insects bees spiders inside and outside the place. Bathroom and kitchen are digusting. Towels and outside sofas are even more dirty. The pool was not automatic cleaning and we had to insist for three days for them to turn it on. Most horrible villa we went in bali. Do not go there if you want to enjoy your stay in villa.

The following is noticed upon arrival: 1. Bedsheets and covers were very dirty with a lot of stains (I think blood) and they were smelly and some of them were damaged 2. Towels were full of stains, smell and so old that white became grey!! 3. All bathroom were not cleaned with dirt, hair and dead insects all over the place 4. Insects, ants and lizards are everywhere 5. There were bats inside the house at the living area upstairs. This was the top where we reported all that to Booking.com. 6. Location is in the middle of nowhere The staff and owner couldn’t care less about all those issues.

Actually nothing was good! We think this property is a type of scam.

Feel disappointed on this villa staycation for 3 days 2 nights 6 person in bad experience.. -Bathroom was dirty , after complain next day after cleaner clean same problem .. ( no clean well ) . -Bathtub totally can’t be use due full of dusk and dirty . - Didn’t provide hairdryer , even after complain . -They provide Old and dirty towels even the next day have change . -Bed sheets were filled with dust and dirty object , can’t sleep well in two days . -Kitchen only provide 3cups to be used , not enough complete .. -staff was friendly , but they didn’t complete settle for the complains ..
