No toilet paper, expected us to use the hose. 1 towel. Door wouldn’t even shut or slide. So our stuff wasn’t safe to leave. Place is disgusting

Firstly I make a booking last week. When I was ready to check in at 2 pm your staffs I formed the Air con is leaking so they need to fix it only can check in at 8 pm.. I informed your staffs I wanted a refund they mentioned I must went thru this App for refund . I didn’t even stay I have to book a hotel to stay for 2 days.So can I be refund if not social media is very powerful once I ask my children to blasts it I think you guys should know the consequences ..

AustraliaHair in the bed. Staines on the pillow and mattress. Power kept cutting out so the air con was constantly switching off. Room was filled with dust/asbestos. Was coughing the whole time I was in there. Difficult to breathe with all the dust.

United KingdomBathroom smelt disgusting. Honestly the worst I have ever smelt as a budget traveller. We soon realised this was properly because the toilet was leaking onto the floor. So whatever went into the toilet, leaked out… This is just so unacceptable even as a budget place. No hygiene standards. Duvet also didn’t have a cover on as some have mentioned, again unhygienic, we didn’t use it.

We had two rooms booked, each with an array of issues: -No duvet covers, so all guests touched the same duvets. -The pillows were some of the thinnest and most uncomfortable we've ever encountered. -Despite looking new, the AC units were very weak; we set them to the coolest settings, but they weren't cold enough. -Old and worn-out towels; one was horribly stained, making it too disgusting to touch. -There was an electricity outage for over an hour. -No staff of real front desk; the one staff member we met, despite being nice, spoke little to no English, making communication very difficult. -One room had a jiggly toilet (not secured in place). -No soap in the bathroom, all I found was a used roll of toilet paper. -Absolutely no sound proofing. The thin walls make you hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. -The doors... where do I even begin with the doors? Here are the specific problems we faced in each room: Room 1: Firstly, all the doors desperately need an upgrade. We had to struggle with the sliding door to open or close it. Room 2.0: The sliding door would not lock, making it impossible to stay in. Making me move to Room 2.1, where the bathroom door would not close.
