Bathroom could be cleaner, not ideal water pressure, but that's minor. Weaker WiFi signal in the Room 3, so it was a bit stressful for remote working.

Hosts are very friendly and flexible. They have allowed me leave my bag after the check-out, which was very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped room - TV, AC, fridge, kettle, basic cutlery, plate, bowl. Very good location in the heart of Denpasar. Walkable distance to the beach. Mediocre Internet - not ideal for Digital Nomad. Overall very good price / value ratio!

The road to the house was small and not all vehicle drop you off at the gate. You walked about 2 minutes to the street where the grab(taxi) pick you up. The WiFi is not high speed. You stay outside the room,close to the WiFi to get a good signal

There were two gorgeous dogs and two puppies which we really would have like to play with but they were locked away in cages 24 hours a day which is very unfair for an animal. I know it's a cultural difference and they probably don't want them running out onto the street but it was still sad to see. It would be 10 points if not for that.

A great place to stay near the tourist areas of South Bali while also being away from it all. A beautiful traditional Balinese house with comfortable modern furnishings down a quiet street. Just around the corner from a local neighborhood with great affordable food options. The mini kitchen in the room had a fridge, kettle, sink, plates and basic cutlery. Nice terrace for chilling at night and great value given the location, especially if you have a scooter.

The room, especially the bathroom, was really dirty. Lots of mineral build up everywhere, walls were marked and dirty. The bathroom also smelled of sewerage. The dogs on the property would bark everytime someone walked past at night.

Bathroom old and small, dirty, weird smell, and very low pressure. Stains everywhere. No window, no air extractor, no air circulation. Kitchenette area, old, stained, kettle very rusty inside, unable to use, but after mention this, owners gave me a replacement the next day. Both would be nice to update a bit and get better maintenance, and the whole place would be great. Just blanket, no cover sheets

The AC in our room didn't work properly and it was leaking water--something I wish they had told us when we checked in, since we put our opened suitcase right under the AC, and we got some of our stuff wet. We talked with them about the AC and they got someone to came as soon as possible although it was unfortunately only a few days after we checked in, but this was not within their control as the repairman didn't arrive sooner. Afterwards, the AC was working perfectly and we didn't have any complain. The electric kettle they have was unfortunately a bit rusty, so we refrained from boiling water to make our morning coffee. It wasn't a big issue for me as we could always go elsewhere to grab coffee, but I'd advise anyone to bring their portable coffee maker if they have any (if you're a coffee drinker of course).

The owner and their staff were wonderful. They are extremely helpful and generous. They also made sure we have everything needed (just according to what we pay--they're not your servants, okay). We had a miscommunications regarding the length of my stay but we sorted it out. We kind of bothered the owner by asking to borrow their pans, some plates, and eating utensils, and they were very generous in sharing them with us. We made sure to return them as soon as possible, and we are very grateful.

The room was very small and the bed takes up most of the space. The WiFi in our room was not working half of the time. It was on the edge of the signal. The owner has caged animals and birds which makes it hard to sleep long for light sleepers.

Located in a busy residential area in middle of the city can do hours to go outside the city due to the heavy traffic jam. Also the owners don’t speak well english so had difficulties communicating with them. Other than that it was a good stay.

Very quiet location its located just next to the busy main street but in a quiet narrow path. The room was big with a nice double bed and shower facilities.

I didn't like the smell of chlorine in bathroom, and smells really bad from the little fridge we had in room. We got little kitchen but really dirty or old.

The bed was comfortable. Room was big enough. In general all was good but nothing special. Air conditioning works good. The staff was friendly. We had a table and chairs outside.

Only issue I had was WiFi was hit and miss and the shower water pressure was low. Shower had some had water stains but understandable.

Overall it was a great place for the money. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and comfortable. I stayed for a month and made a couple good new friends who also stayed there.

The shower isn’t so strong, just need to be patient. And can’t share wifi at the same time because it’ll be super slow. The rooms are on the 2nd floor which will give you a beautiful sunset sky but also means you need to be strategic in packing your bags.

We stayed at Cakra House for a week, we were surprised by the tiny road access but our driver managed to back down with no problem. The room is cozy for affordable price, you’ll get a comfy big bed, AC, mini fridge, hot water shower, etc (as per ad). On top of that the host family is very kind & helpful.

Main issue is that the property owns a rooster, yes a rooster, so forget about sleeping after 3am, I picked this property because I needed something quiet, clearly did not work, ask to refund second night since I was not going back to sleep there didn't get any money back. Dirty toilets, weak AC
