The cafe and the rooms are directly at the beach which was amazing, you have a nice view over the beach and the ocean even from your room. Each of the rooms also has a balcony which once again gives you a nice view over the beach! The staff was extremely helpful and super nice at all times! Especially one of the waiters was super nice and always gave us amazing suggestions and helped us at all times!

Nothing at all. Everything works well and smoothly and we had all we need. The food was great too and the beach was not too packed and so we had our space and quietness.

Hotel is located right on the beach - couldn't ask for better view! Location is suberb - minimart is right outside the hotel and resturants and massages are within 10mins walk. Breakfast was awesome - 4 course breaakfast served with Pancakes, toasts, mee goreng, juice and coffee. It was sumptuous! Staff - super well trained and helpful. They made you feel like home!

We loved everything about Cafe Alberto! The room was spotless, the views breathtaking and the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Radin who made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very special. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!

This 'little gem' of a BB really surprised us. We were genuinely greeted by the friendliest of staff. I believe there are only a handful of rooms, ours was overlooking an impeccable clean beach and there are many more beaches along the coast to explore. I must say, the menu served in their restaurant was above and beyond what we had expected. Breakfast, lunch & dinner was always a pleasure and we would without a doubt, stay here again. They also arranged our trips, Gili Islands, taxis, ferry bookings and the hire of a scooter to be delivered to the hotel. Oh! I nearly forgot to mention, they also have a lovely masseuse and very popular nail technician in house. Thanks once again for looking after us...muchly appreciated!

The pillows can be upgraded to be more comfortable. The ones I had were too firm, and it caused a little bit of neck pain.

The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly. And the highlight of my stay is their super king size bed. It's huge!

Everything! Staff were outstanding. Owners were attentive and very friendly. Location right on the beach is amazing. Loved listening to the waves at night and seeing the ocean through the room window. Bed huge and very comfortable. Food was delicious. Especially recommend the chicken satay and bruschetta, but nothing disappointed us. Pool luxurious and clean. 24 hr make your own tea/coffee and access to drinking water. Helped out with laundry and travel arrangements. Recommend Japanailstudio and the on-site massage. Thank you Alberto, Alessandro, your dad, Raden, Ayu, Nita and anyone else I've forgotten, I'm sorry. Alberto is a fantastic host. We will definitely come again. We miss you all.

Beautiful pool. Excellent food in the restaurant, we ate there every night while watching the sunset and activities on the beach that the staff clean each morning. Very friendly owner & family. Staff were gorgeous.

I would suggest providing a more comfortable quiet environment for massages. I didn't want to be on the roof due to traffic noise. Opted for on the beach but then a tourist started smoking near me during my massage! I also was disappointed that I had to repeatedly ask the masseuse to use more pressure. Not the hotel's fault, but lots of trash on the beach. I did see hotel staff cleaning beach in front of hotel daily. I picked up a lot of trash on the beach, as I often do in my travels. I also didn't like the jet skiis both due to noise and safety concerns when swimming.

Fantastic stay, would have expected a hotel this nice to be more like twice what I paid. I booked for 5 nights originally but stayed 9 nights. Great balcony with bean bag chairs and sea view, good for when raining and when wanting personal space. Large nicely decorated room with comfortable bed/linen, good soundproofing, room cleaned frequently. Free filtered water. Good beach for swimming tho waves were occasionally a bit intense. Staff were very nice, greeted me pleasantly while smiling every time I was in common area. Host and several staff also remembered my name. I had most of my meals at hotel sitting on sun bed while watching ocean, good variety and I liked almost everything I ordered, also had HH. I was impressed that they had a non-smoking dining area. One of my best stays in my extensive travels!

This is a truly great place to stay for a few days, it's literally on the beach, the restaurant is very good and we had a room with a huge terrace right in front of the ocean with confy bean bags, perfect for a glass of wine after dinner looking at the stars. Great service, and great value for money.

Having to leave after only 4 nights was very sad.

Everything about Albertos Cafe is exceptional. This has been our best stay ANYWHERE in Indonesia. The staff learn your names to greet you personally. The food is plentiful and exceptional. Try the Alesandro pizza. The rooms all face tge beach with a few metres to the water. The pool is beautiful, but we loved the sea even more. There is NOTHING to fault with Albertos Cafe and Alberto himself is a wonderful host. This has to be the best value for money stay in Lombok and will not disappont.

Not much not to like but if you are light sleeper be prepared . The waves are very loud . But that’s to be expected being right on the beach .

Can't think of anything

We're on a long trip round Indonesia and this was the fourth hotel on our trip so far. I was worried it wouldn't live up to the reviews as it was such a good (cheap) price. Shouldn't have worried, it was amazing.. If you want five start service, an excellent sized room and bathroom, best shower and hot water of our trip so far, superb food and drinks, inc free water, tea and coffee, and just the loveliest staff ever, then book this place. It was spotless. The beach is great but sea was a bit too strong for us to swim in but the pool sufficed. The owner and his family were beyond helpful when I had to get something back to my accountant quickly, and altogether, given this is a third of the price of other places we've stayed at, it's hands down our favourite so far. If we come back to Sengiggi, we'll be staying here. Finally, the view from the room was lovely, straight out to sea, and the balcony was a really good size. Thank you so much to everyone .

We recently enjoyed our second stay at Alberto's Cafe, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The pool is crystal clear, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff truly are the best—so friendly and accommodating. Having laundry service, massages, and manicures available onsite made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic! The beach is amazing, offering opportunities for swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and surfing. We also loved that jet skis are available right on the beach. Plus, it's a lovely walk along the shore to various restaurants, but honestly, the food at Alberto's Cafe is so good that we dined there most nights. Don’t miss the night market that opens around sunset, which is easily accessible from the cafe. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and should not be missed! A huge thank you to everyone at Alberto's Cafe for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely continue to book this property/mini resort in the future!

It was perfect

This B&B is absolutely stunning! Located right on the beach, it offers an unobstructed view of the sea, with a long, beautiful stretch of sand perfect for swimming or leisurely walks. The owners, a wonderful Italian and Indonesian family, have created a tranquil and surreal beachfront paradise that seamlessly blends the best of their two cultures. The hospitality here is top-notch—the staff is incredibly attentive and ready to assist with anything you need, making you feel like royalty. The on-site bar and restaurant are fantastic, offering both Indonesian and Italian cuisine. The food is so delicious that we found ourselves dining here almost every day. Originally, we planned to stay for a week, but we ended up booking an extra week because we fell in love with this place. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing views, exceptional service, and incredible food, this B&B is an absolute must-visit.

Our stay at Café Alberto in Senggigi was truly amazing! The owners Giuseppe, Alberto and Alessandro were all really welcoming and also their team was very attentive and extremely friendly! In addition to this, the hotel is very tidy and clean and there is a great variety of tasty food. The location - directly at the beach - allows not only to jump into the sea, but also to appreciate the stunning sunsets from Lombok’s West Coast. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this place!
