We were put in one of the back rooms as it was the only ones with twin beds. The door between our room and the room next door had a large gap so we could hear everything. The AC also made a terrible noise so we could not sleep with it on.

The property is beautiful with a lovely view overlooking a small river and the valley. The room was clean and spacious and the location was a short drive from the main hub of town.

It's quite far from Ubud and the Road at night is really dark. They don't have service for dinner so you have to have something in town before going back to the hotel.

I loved the view from the restaurant, it was really nice and you could hear the water from the river flowing. Also the place where they do the massage is with same view, so it feels super nice.

The bathroom wasn't clean at all, need to wait a bit long to get warm water, the toilet seat was yellow around and it looked disgusting. In the room one lump wasn'rt worked we asked to change but nobody did it, but the worst tings was the pillows they smelled horrible, and they all were with mould, I asked to change but they all were the same even worst, so I decided to sleep without. They changed towels everyday but sometimes they smell bad and not fresh.

Airconditioning wasn’t properly working No breakfast including, you can buy it but it’s quite poorly set up and not worth the money. Time for some refurbishing with dated interior

The bathroom was nothing like in the photos. Very small. No hot water and no pressure in the shower. The front desk staff was not pleasant at all.

Beautiful view from the balcony. And comfortable bed. The room was clean. The pool has a stunning view and was kept clean.

Bathroom is highly outdated. Breakfast was poor compared to equally priced 'brekkies' in Ubud cafés.

Garden is amazing, pool is great. Terrace is also a plus, stunning view to Ubud forest. Not crowded.

Noisy and uncomfortable bed, there is no fridge in the rooms and poor breakfast. You can hear the neighbours due to bad isolation.

Quiet place, a nice nature view room with wide terrace. Swimming pool is okay too. Wifi is acceptable.

very quiet and calm property. They helped us with a very good scooter for rent. Breakfast options are good. They were very kind and helpful when reached out to. They even helped with the universal adapter to charge our phones. They are located at the perfect distance from Ubud market and other Ubud destinations.

It was a bit far from everything. Tricky if you cannot get transport.

It was in the middle of the jungle, literally! Gorgeous stunning place. So peaceful and relaxed.

We would suggest management to pay attention to the cleanliness of bathroom, that's all. It's pretty normal bugs everywhere in Ubud area, if the management renovated the bathroom, that would be perfect 👍👏

We both liked the valley view, it's breathtaking especially in the morning. The room and balcony also spacious. We came quite late, yet the night staff was so kind and helpful. The pool is not that big, but okay. The property is surrounded by nature (river, jungle) and so calming. Overall, lovely experience :) thanks

The room, towels and sheets were smelling a little bit like humidity. But we were still ok with that as we know it’s a very tropical weather and it is probably like that everywhere.

The place was really nice and relaxing. The rooms were big and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to leave one day earlier as we had another booking in another city, but the receptionist understood the situation and gave us a refund. She and all the staff there were brilliant. We recommend it.
