New ZealandLocation was on the outer reach of Amed. However, this wasnt all bad as a fab view of Mt.Agung. The only thing was an extremely difficult gravel/dirt road to try and navigate to get in and out of location. You definitely need a motorbike, as places are not within walking distance.
Room & bathroom = great. Pool fantastic - nice to sit beside the pool, very chilled. Lovely staff especially the friendly gardener. They arranged a motorbike for us - quick and easy! Beautiful garden.

Excellent room. Calm and beautiful surroundings.we felt very welcome and enjoyed the time at the pool. Massage at the pool was great too. The food wasn't anything special, but neither bad. There was free water supplies and since we had a scooter it was great to ve within Amed within 3 min.

United KingdomA location is horrible. As bad as it gets. I cant imagine such places exist. This place should not be qualified for rental solely due to a poor location. Impossible to go there by any means (Car, Motorbike or even walk) I regret choosing it. Swimming pool is not for use... Everyday used for diving training, even tho it seems to be nice pool but over 2 days we DID NOT have a chance to use it. Rooms super tiny!
Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool looks good. Staff helpful. Room relatively clean.

Everything is perfect. Rooms are huge and comfy with all the facilities you need; fridge, kettle, mugs, wardrobe, fresh water etc. The garden and pool area are great. The resort is really well maintained and staff are lovely.

IndonesiaWe booked at 1-2 pm, Called manager about arrival time. She was giving slurred replies, about road closures or kitchen will not be available, or it’s hard to organise breakfast due to Balinese holiday. When we arrived - it was very dark outside. Hotel was closed. landlord went out and told us that he was not going to check us in. Did not even try to help or solve the problem. Very disappointed about this experience. In the middle of the night to get on the street under the rain.
