The bathroom could use a small upgrade, as some toilets were slightly crooked or felt unstable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The bed was by far the most comfortable I slept in during my entire time in Bali – truly perfect for a restful night. The room is large and spacious, with a peaceful view over the park and pool area. The property is quiet, and the adorable little puppy running to greet you adds such a lovely touch.

The room felt very humid, possibly because of the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom wasn’t in good condition — even though it was clean, the sink and shower area didn’t feel comfortable or safe to use. It needs renovation. There was also no easy access to move our luggage. Since we were traveling with two large suitcases, we had to carry them up the stairs one by one.

The location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the Monkey Forest.

A hidden gem in central Ubud. Off main shopping streets, down a laneway, its a fantastic surprise when you first see the gardens and pool area. The rooms are well done, large, and clean. For value for money it was our best stay in Bali.

Pool it’s lovely, the gardens of Beautiful Breakfast is more than adequate for the money Television is okay, not many stations in English Have a problem with monkeys butt everywhere. Don’t hear some days you don’t see them at all you have to lock your rooms to keep them out Very central to restaurants and bars

Poor cleanliness , bad smell

Great location, rooms need updating and need professional cleaning. Our room was on the first floor, and smelled like strong sewage which was unbearable most of the time. We also had issues with the AC- it was not working for our first night. They were quick to request a new AC replacement for our room and allowed us to sleep in an upstairs room during the install of 1 night which was nice. The upstairs room was supposed to be a superior- deluxe room, but we didn’t really see a difference between the standard room that we booked. Other than being on the second floor, it was basically the same room but they are charging more. The breakfast and coffee was horrible. We watched the same boys who do the landscaping, who clean the rooms, who cook your food while chain smoking. The only good thing about this property was the pool and location, which is a short walk to monkey forest and Ubud’s main shopping area. Note: Close to monkey forest , so the monkeys made some appearances during our stay which was eventful but make a lot of noise and go through your trash.

Unfortunately no hot or warm water at all. The room didn’t get cleaned while we were there for 4 days and the outside bin didn’t get emptied. A monkey came one morning and grabbed left over food

The putside area is stunning. Everything g is super green and the pool is amazing and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

One of the rooms was updated with great aircon. Second was a bit dated and moldy shower but we think the owners are in the process of renovating.

It is a little old in places, but that helps give it it's charm.

An awesome place to stay, in the middle of Ubud - very central but very peaceful. Rooms were large with tea and coffee provided. Breakfast cooked fresh, staff were awesome.

Had to walk down the lane from the main road as lane too narrow for cars. Not far though.

The pool and garden was lovely and relaxing. Lots of loungers. Good breakfast, good choice. Nice and quiet even though off a main street. Enjoyed visits from the monkeys!! Beers were cheaper than at the local minimart.

Location was good. Could easily walk to Monkey Forest one way and the Market, Palace and Temple the other. Great massauer in Anila Lane, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket nearby
