We loved this place and it’s up there with the best we’ve stayed in 5 months travelling Asia. The staff are great and the property has a very homely & relaxing feel to it. The rooms are great, shared bathroom is fine, and there’s lots of places to chill & relax. The kitchen is also really useful for making breakfast or dinner. The location is great, as it’s a 1 min walk from a mark, although there isn’t much to do in Probolinggo anyway so just expect a nice couple chilled days.

Very good and clean place, one of the nicest that you can stay in Probbolingo. Reza arrranged everything for me Mt. Bromo tour with a group and also a spin-off to Madakaripura waterfalls, it is hard to find it together in one-day tours online. Highly recommended, you just need to share bathroom/toilet but this trip is not for people in their comfort zones anyways.

There was only one bathroom per floor, which was insufficient. The downstairs room had an unpleasant smell.

We booked two rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The upstairs room was nice and well-maintained. The ground-floor room was clean but had an unpleasant smell. The accommodation has many pets (cats, dogs, fish, birds), so allergy sufferers should take note. The owner was friendly and answered all our questions about the different tour options. We ultimately booked the group tour for 600,000 per person, which we can recommend as it was the simplest option. There is a supermarket close to the accommodation but for restaurants you have to walk around 10-15 min. or take a taxi.

Having one more shared bathroom or separate toilet would be nice, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Most of the time, we didn't have to wait long or not at all.

Beautiful and clean location, comfy big rooms, well equipped kitchen and warm shower. Great value for money! But what stood out the most for us was the kindness of the staff. Reza was SUPER accommodating, helped us organize a driver to Mount Bromo, find vegan food in the area, and in general he seemed to know what we needed before we even knew it ourselves. An extra thank you for staying up until 2am until our driver for Bromo picked us up.

Far away from the centre

The most comfortable bed, big bedroom. They help on my pick up from the bus, booking my trip to bromo and rent me a really good motorbike.

There were some issues with the running water in the upstairs bathroom, but I guess they will fix it soon. The WiFi could be better, so make sure to check the cafes around if you need to work. Also be aware that they have cats in case you’re allergic :)

The place was very spacious and the staff super friendly! Everything was really clean and they helped with organising a tour to mount Bromo as well as with ordering dinner to the accommodation :)

As other reviews say it can get a little loud at night, just bring earplugs with you.

The room is clean and functional with AC, storage and a comfy bed. The property itself is really beautiful, with airy and light corridors, little patios and ponds. The staff is very nice, they accepted our last minute booking very quickly (we had a problem with the original booking we had made somewhere else) and were very responsive and accommodating. The location is good for getting to the train station (10mns taxi)

We really like that place, -the staff is very very nice, -they came and picked us up at the trainstation for free -they help you out with booking bus/train ticket. -the bromo tour was great:) -Alfamarket next to the Hostel -Room was very big and Clean -Free Coffe and Tea/ Use of Kitchen

The property is a taxi ride away from the centre of Probolinggo, but this really wasn’t a major issue.

The owner is fantastic, it’s easy to arrange an affordable sunrise tour to Mt Bromo, the building is beautiful inside and my room was spacious and clean.

Everything was perfect! Honestly the most beautiful and clean place and we have stayed while travelling across Java and Bali. The hosts were very kind, helpful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. They had a few cute pets which were very friendly, but also won’t bother you if animals are not your thing. They provided free coffee and water and use of their kitchen. The local food recommendations were delicious and the information for mountain tours or bike rental were super useful. Too much good stuff to capture in one review, thanks again!

Organized Bromo trip for us and overall very happy with our stay.

AC wasn't very good, we had it on max and still found the room a little too warm at night. And only one bathroom upstairs, sometimes had a little wait, was also full of mosquitos (only the bathroom) - I killed about 5-6 every time I went in there, honestly I don't know where they were coming from!! Location is a bit out of the way if you don't have transport, but a grab to a restaurant or the train station was always less than IDR 20,000, so not too bad.

Seemed new and was a very nice house, cool koi pond and aviary inside, and some cute kitties (one kept visiting us, he would meow outside the room until we let him in lol) and a dog. bed was very comfy and the tour to Bromo was good price as far as we could tell. Kitchen was nice with water and kettle. We found it very relaxing staying here before and after Bromo.
