This is a great place to stay! It's not in the city center, which I loved, as it was so much quieter. But it's still super close to fantastic shopping and plenty of food options. The location is just perfect for a relaxing but convenient trip

There are a lot of ants, but they are trying to manage the situation. The room was a bit small and without natural light but it is good for a few nights.

The staff is very kind and helpful and their programs were fun. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have nice tours, shuttle buses and scooter rental.

the fan. its too big and too breezy for a small room, and i cant get it to look away, i was so cold but if i don’t turn it on i will get sweaty

everything was clean, and smells nice. you can get water heater, dispenser, kitchen, enjoyable terrace, prayer room. the wifi connection is not bad. all the guests was tourists, i was the only local guest and the service was really great, keep it up! its really affordable and very worth the price. i was alone and everything is safe.

As everyone else wrote, the private room can get a bit stuffy because there are no windows but the fan in the room was enough for me, and you can always step out to the common space and entrance lounge where you can get some breeze.

The staff: They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable; they showed me their favorite hangouts after hours, which made my stay in the city so much more special!

The hostel felt like a home away from home. The staff welcomed me warmly and offered great recommendations for food and local attractions. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with lockers and a decent shower. After a long day exploring, it was wonderful to relax in the cozy common room.

Luckily they have locker in dormitory because I have to keep my laptop and camera I have to deposit first but it's okay I enjoy staying here There are lot of good restaurants nearby too

The walls are very thin so you hear people talking in the common areas or neighbouring rooms. This was especially annoying since we had to get up early morning/during the night for our trips…

The WiFi was very bad. The toilets and showers only seem to have cold water or no water at all (pressure problems too).

This place had everything we needed: calm vibes, clean room, and a friendly host. The fan was enough to keep the room cool at night. Local warungs nearby made dinner easy, and we appreciated the shared kitchen to prep some snacks.

This hostel is kept incredibly clean, and I give full credit to the housekeeping team. They work quietly but thoroughly you’d never know how many people pass through each day. The bathrooms, in particular, were always tidy and stocked with soap and toilet paper

The only thing that threw me off a little was the early departure which is understandable since that's the only Bromo shared tour they have

The best part of my stay was definitely the staff-led tour to Bromo. They organized everything from transport to snacks and even they show me a place to rent jacket, it felt like I was being taken care of by a friend. Watching the sunrise from the viewpoint was breathtaking, and I was glad I booked it through the hostel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the hostel felt. Even though it was in a central area, it never felt noisy or chaotic. I slept like a baby every night, which is not something I usually say when staying in shared accommodations!

Only cold water when you book the room with private bathroom. There is no AC Walls are paper thin 10pm quiet even the staff don't care. It was very loud until 12pm even worst cause the windows can not close. At any given time we had mosquitos in the room and no mosquito net

The bed was not really comfortable. It was super hot in the room without AC, the fan is useless and super noisy. The only window was towards the inside corridor and was a "louver" window so I had the noise from the all hostel, which is not very nice when you want good couple of hours of sleep before going on a night tour to Bromo. Bathrooms need serious refurbishment, no cold shower water (only burning hot).

Practical hostel for a Bromo Tour. In general it was clean and the staff was nice. The price value is very good if you stay there only a couple of hours before going to Bromo.

Bathrooms didn’t work (showers either had no water at all or pressure too low to really wash). The blankets were fleece blankets instead of sheets or a duvet. There was no aircon, only a fan. Fan worked well and cooled down the room a lot, so it was not so bad, but very loud. However if the website says there’s aurconditioning, that is what I expect.

Very nice common rooms and the staff was excellent! Room was simple, but clean. Bathrooms were clean as well.
