The location is the best, 3min walk to main street with all bars and restaurants. Pool is also very nice and staff is super friendly! Scooter can be rented at the facility.

Beautiful stay, highly recommended! If you will ever visit Lombok, you should definitely stay here. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos beautiful and clean, with a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are even more amazing. Extremely helpful, kind. They can help you arrange a taxi or rent a scooter or laundry service. The breakfast was also good! The location is perfect, it's in a quiet side street, still very close to everything. It feels safe and secure, with a gate that is closed at night and staff is also there untill 01:00am. A few suggestions for improvement: - the wardrobes in the rooms are a bit small for storing clothes, so adding a few shelves or extra storage space would be really helpful. - a hairdryer in the room would be a nice touch. - some extra soundproofing for the bathroom window would improve the experience, there was some noise whole day, possibly from nearby air conditioning units or smtg. -adding a safe in the room could give guests even more peace of mind. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! -Victor

There is nothing to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so the entire bathroom gets wet while showering

When my partner and I travel for a little longer together, we like booking double rooms every now and then to sleep a bit better (we are both very light sleepers) - at reception, the person checking us in asked "why?" in regards to this, which I found uncomfortable and inappropriate. While all staff were nice, their questions and comments on personal choices (e.g. my boyfriend wearing pink) were displaced. Cleaning was done every day around 12 (which is the time I preferred staying in to avoid the midday sun) and we had to leave our key at the reception for this - which I found very odd. Rooms were really clean and comfortable, as mentioned, however, bathroom was not ideally setup. With the shower being right next to the toilet, the whole room would become wet, including toilet set and obv the floor, so to use the toilet after taking a shower wasn't my favorite. The walls of the bathroom didn't look like they have been cleaned for some time. Breakfast delicious, but I was missing a vegan option and the option to eat after 10.

The White Bay is a cute and small hotel in the heart of Kuta in Lombok - 15 minutes from the beach / harbor and in the middle of many delicious restaurants and spa opportunities. The hotel itself has breakfast included into the room price and especially the banana pancakes are 180% recommended. We rooms are cozy, big enough for two and the facility has a pool as well as a reading nook with books to borrow on the second floor. Motorbikes can be rented directly at reception and they also helped us in booking a taxi to our next stay (although the price was higher than what we were asked to pay with other drivers).

You need to ask for your room to be cleaned. Not a negative, just to be aware of. Rooms have a strong smell of artificial fragrance, mainly due to automatic dispensers.

Clean and spacious rooms, within walking centre of the centre for exploring the shops, restaurants, etc. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. They are also able to assist with renting scooters which was helpful for exploring the island.

We had to ask to have our room made up. It was not done everyday. Roof in bathroom leaked from rain. Bathroom sink leaked onto floor when tap turned on. Room poorly appointed- no hairdryer, tv, tissues, fridge, place to put bags except on ground or hanging wardrobe, and no seating in room. Table and chairs for room in walkway so awkward when eating and people walking past. Also chairs got wet from rain. Roof to communal seating area collapsed one night from wind and rain. Area loud from Mosque and we had poor sleep every night.

Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. Easy walking distance to eateries.

The bathroom could do with better ventilation. The morning can get noisy too, especially if you are on the ground floor rooms.

I had a great stay at White Bay Kuta Lombok! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kuta Lombok and within walking distance to all the restaurants. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The pool was just okay—not the highlight, but still nice to have. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Kuta Lombok!

We had two rooms, the room with twin beds smelled very mouldy although you couldn’t see any mould, the room with a double bed was great. Two more sunbeds at the pool would be good since the four existing sunbeds are sometimes all busy.

Location is excellent, in a super quiet street, just a two minute walk to the main street with all restaurants and shops. Breakfast is good with several options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and the sun beds are nice, also great to have a water dispenser. We rented a scooter from the hotel for 70k which worked very well and was super uncomplicated, the guy of the scooter rental is extremely friendly. We can recommend the Warung “Felices vegetarian restaurant” which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel (try Tempeh burger there, super crispy!) or the Creperie next door.

The fact that they only have 1 key and we had to ask to clean the room, when they should have a copy and clean it daily basis. And for breakfast they only had orange juice, they could have mango or papaya as well.

Not a fault of the hotel necessarily but the mosque is VERY loud all through the night and did wake us up. Likely to be a problem at any hotel close to the main strip, wouldn’t stop us from staying short term again but a consideration for a longer stay.

Beautiful, friendly staff, rooms and decor are lovely. Great location that’s close to everything. Pool and cabana areas are also nice.
