I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an amazing view that made the experience truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Being located right on the beach made it the perfect spot for both relaxation and convenience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Was a little noisey at night time for sleeping as the walls of the villas are not insulated so you hear the traffic throughout the night. However, I would stay again definitely.

Fantastic location right on the beachfront. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. There are beach club and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk which we frequented different ones each night. Lovely friendly staff always happy and smiling. They organise drivers etc and anything for you. Staff member Tane was awesome, remembered each of our names and was a lot of fun. Would definitely stay again.

Location right on the beach with snorkelling right out the front. The huts are beautiful and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options.

Location at the beach is amazing. Nice & cozy bungalows with only 10m to the sea. Coral reef right outside on the hotel for great snorkling. We had connecting rooms since we were travelling with our kids (11 & 14). Very friendly staff and good ala carte breakfast.

Castaway was such a gorgeous place to stay. We loved all of the decor, and how private each room felt- it made us feel like we were in a remote place. The staff are amazing!! The waiter at the restaurant was extremely wonderful. He knew all the kids names and was so kind and concerned when my daughter’s mozzie bite swelled up. The rooms are large, the views are out of this world!

- Sometimes they happen to not have items from the menu list (coconut, avocado, fruits) - Other issue is that the four rooms in the second row don’t have assigned sunbeds on the beach. There are exactly as many beach loungers as there are beachfront rooms, so the rest of the guests can only use the pool loungers. That said, we were still able to relax on the beach most of the time, as many guests only stay one night or go on tours during the day. However, it was unpleasant when my partner was asked to move once. Suggestion for the hotel: Just 3–4 extra sunbed pairs would completely fix this! There’s plenty of space on the beach. - We’re used to sleeping with earplugs (the hotel provide them also in the toiletries kit), but keep in mind that outside noise is quite noticeable – both from the road passing in front of the resort and from the many dogs in the area. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

-Our room was spacious and clean. There’s a small hallway between the bedroom and bathroom with a large wardrobe, a safe, a fridge, and a sink. Three types of towels – all white and clean. Beach/pool towels are available at reception The bathroom is small but totally fine. No weird smells – not in the room, not in the bathroom! Hot water was enough for two regular showers. - Breakfast is included in the price. It’s not a buffet, but you get a decent list of options to choose from However, supply is inconsistent: one day there was no avocado, another day only dragon fruit for the fruit platter, another no coconut in the evening … They should improve their inventory planning. - Lights around the pool area go off a bit early sometimes – around 9:40 PM – which felt a bit too soon.

Breakfast was served à la carte, which was perfectly fine for a few days, but it became a bit repetitive over a longer stay. While we understand this setup in small family-run hotels, for a beachfront resort of this caliber – where guests often stay for a week or more – a buffet breakfast would be more fitting. We would recommend the hotel consider offering a buffet to enhance the overall experience. The only real downside for us was the issue with trash. It wasn’t nearly as bad as we had read or expected, but even the small amount of litter present was not cleaned up by the hotel, not even on its own stretch of beach. While it wasn’t overwhelming, we believe it would be more important to take care of this than, for example, raking the leaves. A clean beachfront should be a top priority, especially for a place as beautiful as this.

The beachfront bungalows are absolutely charming – just like something out of a postcard. Ours was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, which made us feel truly special. The beach is stunning, with a coral reef just a few steps away – definitely one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the island. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the hotel’s environmentally conscious approach – water dispenser was placed in the reception so guests could refill their bottles, which we found both thoughtful and practical.

Nothing. the only downside to our visit was the weather - but seriously we came to snorkel and planned on getting wet anyways so it didn't stop us doing a thing.

The breakfast that is included was huge. you have a choice of the menu plus the additional fruit platter, juices, coffee and tea. You won't go hungry. Loved the location and being able to walk out your door and off the beach to go snorkelling in the best spot around the island. Loved it and will be back again.

No entertainment at night so have to go elsewhere for live music and drinks. Need a private driver to get around the island.

The location is fantastic, on the beach front with beautiful views and very peaceful. We had a lovely bungalow with small pool outside our room. The meals and drinks are reasonably priced and staff very helpful.
