Rooms could of been updated, the bed was quite hard. The infinity pool you must book 2 weeks in advance through single fin, breakfast was okay too

Service was great and location spot on for surfing, you don't need to pay the toll every time to enter the beach

Some rooms are quite old, definitely should an upgrade, the standard rooms also had no hot water in the shower, so don’t recommend the standard rooms, specially the ones with no ocean or garden view

The resort is joined on with single fin which is basically a beach/pool club. This can be super noisy at night and makes it hard to sleep. On top of this both nights we stayed here there was a very drunk lady walking up and down in front of the villas yelling and swearing and kicking the door of a villa trying to get in (unsure if she was staying here or a friend was) but it was very disturbing and disrespectful especially at 2am in the morning.

The resort was amazing! It was in a fantastic location, there was so much variety for food and beverages so close to the resort. The staff truely were fantastic and just the facilities in general were amazing!! And the views omg were fantastic. It’s truely a great spot to stay and I would definitely recommend

The bed was incredibly noisy and creaky. Everytime you moved it mad a loud sound. No lifts. We also had no hot water when I showered.

Lovely location, an excellent place to stay if you want to access Fins beach club. Breakfast selection was incredible and had fabulous views to admire. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very spacious.

You need to book the beds to use the pool which we were never told in advance however they accommodated

The room was very dated Paint coming off the balcony stuck to you when you sat down Bathroom dirty and bath leaked after having a shower Loud music on Wednesday and Sunday from fins bar hotel notify you that this is going to happen, but when you have to be up for an early transfer and the music doesn't stop until 2 in the morning it really don't help with tring to sleep Hotel breakfast was ok very limited and the hot section was very cold

Tap at basin & shower head need fixing had to use soap holder to stop shower head fro sliding down Safe was not bolted to anything it was just sitting on a shelf in cupboard ( defeats the purpose ) Having to reserve a sun lounge at single fin pool the day before wanting one as a guest of the resort they should be available at any time Breakfast selection could be a bit bigger & bacon would be nice

The rooms are quite run down, it was very clean however the lock to the balcony was rusted and couldn’t be opened and the drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. The door handle fell off of our friends room

Some areas were a little run down, the buffet breakfast was very basic, although it was a nice view. Would be nice to have special hotel guest access to the infinity pool near single fin. Couldn’t even get a lounge chair or booth as all reserved.
