There’s only a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom, the doors and windows can’t be fully closed so insect and geckos can easily enter, WiFi wasn’t working properly (slow and unstable)

Our reserve didnt include room cleaning for a week. Staff were friendly so Im sure if we had asked they would have cleaned it.

Fresh water was not replenished daily, Wifi services where not available due to the bill not being paid.

Air cons didn’t work properly but we got a new room which was really nice. Not their fault of course. Also pretty dangerous to drive up with a scooter on the steep hill.

It seems the property is not maintained as it should be : room was not very clean, toilet was half broken and dirty (we had the King size room). You can tell the main pool is not cleaned regularly due to the green color (staff just throws some javel coins in it every once in a while). Secondary pool alongside the restaurant has been broken for a long time (no water in it, some mud inside). Access road is destroyed. The staff is nice and smiling but can barely speak English so communication is very limited without google translate. Staff cannot really help you with services beyond check in and check out (no advice where to go and eat, no flexibility for motorbike rental, no laundry service, etc.)

Attention to detail is really lacking in mostly everything - the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom were empty, the bathroom next to the restaurant was completely disgusting, the dog that lives in the hotel was full of ticks One of the swimming pools doesn’t have water apparently for quite some time according to the previous reviews The staff doesn’t speak English very well so it’s hard to make requests/ ask questions The food in the restaurant is quite mediocre The beach near the hotel is full of trash so not really usable :(

Maintenance: they have 2 pools, only one has water, the other sits empty. Does not create a great impression. Lack of working light bulbs: many lights in the bungalow, only 2 very dim lights worked.

Great views from the property, overlooks the bay at Are Guling. The bungalow is cute and spacious albeit basic. Staff very nice

The staff doesn’t speak English well and when you ask them something they simply don’t comprehend what you’re saying. They always say they are going to ask the manager but they never do. Most of the time there is no one at the front desk.

the location is really bad. it’s really hard to get there. it’s a 20 min drive by bike from Kuta, so if you are in town and want to get something it’s kinda hard.

The view and swimming pool are amazing. Staff is nice and helps you to with everything you need. prob good if you want to spent a lot of time in the hotel and just chill.

Amazing location if you want to be away from the main town, incredible view, fantastic rooms. Menu is basic but nice, not much privacy in the room as there was no door on the bathroom.

Hi. The staff were mainly nice except not giving my friend his change back at the end and clearly telling the other staff member to not give it to him. Was sneaky and rude right at the end of our stay. One other staff member did drive out a scooter we rented for a price which was very helpful for my friend who didn't want to ride herself. This was a positive. The food was mediocre, the beds were comfortable but we found bug shells in the bed, bugs everywhere all in the room and the poor dog (who is lovely) is not being looked after properly. He has ticks falling off him all day which end up all over the floor of our hut and potentially getting into our rooms. We felt so sorry for Dingo. They need to give him tick treatment. The view is incredible, it was absolutely breathtaking arriving at the property and seeing the sunrise. The pool is also a really nice addition so it's a shame the let everything down with the cleanliness.

Staff spoke little English making it difficult to know important things It is in the middle of nowhere and costs 200k for a taxi to kuta- ideal for someone looking for a space away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel kitten was adorable! Amazing views Great modern room, good AC and clean Their taxi man azam was wonderful and very helpful- would recommend using him!

Overall there was no love or positive energy here. The staff was mostly lazy and spoke very little english. The Bungalow looked run down inside. The furniture was old and the bathroom was shabby. It seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. You ended up with black feet after walking around barefoot in the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable and made a noise with every movement.

The room was spacious. The pool and the view are the best part of this accommodation.
