FranceIt seems the property is not maintained as it should be : room was not very clean, toilet was half broken and dirty (we had the King size room). You can tell the main pool is not cleaned regularly due to the green color (staff just throws some javel coins in it every once in a while). Secondary pool alongside the restaurant has been broken for a long time (no water in it, some mud inside). Access road is destroyed. The staff is nice and smiling but can barely speak English so communication is very limited without google translate. Staff cannot really help you with services beyond check in and check out (no advice where to go and eat, no flexibility for motorbike rental, no laundry service, etc.)

PortugalAttention to detail is really lacking in mostly everything - the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom were empty, the bathroom next to the restaurant was completely disgusting, the dog that lives in the hotel was full of ticks One of the swimming pools doesn’t have water apparently for quite some time according to the previous reviews The staff doesn’t speak English very well so it’s hard to make requests/ ask questions The food in the restaurant is quite mediocre The beach near the hotel is full of trash so not really usable :(
The banana pancakes for breakfast were great, as well as the watermelon juice The kitty that lives in the hotel is super cute The view was beautiful They rent motorbikes at the hotel and there’s a lot of variety to choose from

Australiathe location is really bad. it’s really hard to get there. it’s a 20 min drive by bike from Kuta, so if you are in town and want to get something it’s kinda hard.
The view and swimming pool are amazing. Staff is nice and helps you to with everything you need. prob good if you want to spent a lot of time in the hotel and just chill.

New ZealandHi. The staff were mainly nice except not giving my friend his change back at the end and clearly telling the other staff member to not give it to him. Was sneaky and rude right at the end of our stay. One other staff member did drive out a scooter we rented for a price which was very helpful for my friend who didn't want to ride herself. This was a positive. The food was mediocre, the beds were comfortable but we found bug shells in the bed, bugs everywhere all in the room and the poor dog (who is lovely) is not being looked after properly. He has ticks falling off him all day which end up all over the floor of our hut and potentially getting into our rooms. We felt so sorry for Dingo. They need to give him tick treatment. The view is incredible, it was absolutely breathtaking arriving at the property and seeing the sunrise. The pool is also a really nice addition so it's a shame the let everything down with the cleanliness.

GermanyOverall there was no love or positive energy here. The staff was mostly lazy and spoke very little english. The Bungalow looked run down inside. The furniture was old and the bathroom was shabby. It seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. You ended up with black feet after walking around barefoot in the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable and made a noise with every movement.
The room was spacious. The pool and the view are the best part of this accommodation.
