It was perfect

The location, it can’t get better than this. The staff very helpful, the restaurant for breakfast with amazing food. This was our best stay in all summer vacations, we even changed our plans to stay two more nights there, it was perfect!

Unfortunately, we had some issues in the 2nd night because the toilet was losing water so they changed us to a room in the first floor. They said it was the same type of room but this one was smaller and the bathroom as well. We had to pay the same price anyway, we weren’t very happy with the change of room tbh. But in general the hotel is good

We liked the hotel room we had, which was in the ground floor. We also liked that the hotel has a scuba diving centre so we took advantage of it and gave it a try and loved it !!! Such an amazing experience :) the breakfast is also very good

Fantastic location with a chill out vibe. An absolute must if you want to learn to scuba but also lovely if you don't. Having the pool is great but being so close to the beach for early morning swims and late evening sunsets. Would highly recommend this place, the staff are so friendly, accommodating and very good fun. Its the better side of the island.

Cleanliness could have been a little better.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Breakfast by the beach was wonderful and being next door to Sands Beach Club was a bonus!

Every morning someone from the hotel came to ask how we were doing. He helped us plan our trip And gave valuable tips to enchance our trip.

Bathroom door is obscured glass but you can still see through - you can see when someone is on the toilet so unless you’re very comfortable with who you’re sharing your room with, this could be a problem! Our room also had a damp musty smell, we figured it was due to the lack of sunlight in our room / patio. It was hard to dry things, our towels etc were constantly wet.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, with the breakfast being served by the cafe on the beach front where there are a bunch of tables and deck chairs. The pool area is also really nice and planted out well so it doesn’t feel like a concrete jungle! We rented bikes nearby so it was super easy to get around the island. Staff were nice and helpful. We walked from the harbour, it takes 20 minutes on foot. You can watch the sunset from the hotels beach so it’s a buzzy spot in the afternoon and evening which is nice. There’s also a volleyball court and a slack line. We didn’t use the diving school but the team there seemed nice.

The room felt not as clean as other places as there were some centipedes crawling on the walls or floor. In addition there were still some squished mosquitoes on the walls from previous guests. In addition, you’re giving the toilet a very rough time if you’d have to go for no. 2. Our toilet clogged twice. Yes, this is without dumping toilet paper into the toilet.

The location is perfect if you want to get out off the more busy area of Gili Air as it’s located on the northwest side of the island. The swimming pool is excellent and clean with enough space to sunbathe (they also have a scuba diving training pool). The location is amazing as it’s right at the beach. I loved that you’re having breakfast on the beach also.

They didnt replace our towels everyday, even though they took the old ones. Had to ask for new a couple of times. Also, they didnt fill up the complimentary water in the room, which is quite normal. The restaurant often didnt have what was on the menu. They offered 3 differnt dishes with fish, but never had fish in the week we were there.

The rooms where nice and practical. The pool were lovely and we used it a lot. The beachfront area has volleyball, slackline and a restaurant. We didn't go for a swim there because it is not the best areas to swim on the island, but on the other hand the sunset is magical! We rented bikes and just went over to the other side for swimming/snorkeling. We were a family renting four rooms, and it was a great place for us to stay social. My husband is a diver and went on many dives. He said it was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Service was great. Our main goal was diving and it exceeded our expectations. People were amazingly nice, food was good and the diving was amazing. The beach is just in front the hotel with a lovely view to the other islands. Sunset is amazing there. A bit away from the actual village, but that made it better for us; not so busy.

Very friendly staff, helped with all our queries. The PJ's serves excellent fresh food. Went for the Open Water diving cours, excellent location and our Instructor Fraiser at the Blue Marlin was great.
