The only thing to possibly complain about was the water pressure being very low.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom too. Staff went out of their way to make our stay great. Free sunbeds, free hire of snorkeling equipment. Close to beach and many restaurants. They made sure we got a lovely breakfast ( not so easy as vegans) The fresh fruit for breakfast was amazing.

We know this is low season, but clean rooms and bathrooms are very important. We've traveled months and months in Asia, stayed only in budget accommodation, but we never never had seen any bathroom like the one we had here. We sincerely don't think this room with this kind of bathroom should have been rented out. Photos will show what I mean. Advice to the owner of this resort: We understand the high humidity levels on the island, but, If you can't renovate the bathrooms regularly to avoid mold, you'd better make an open air bathroom, without a ceiling! We would be happier to see the sky than this kind of ceiling.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Good tv with netflix ( which we didn't use, but can be a plus). Tap water is local water, which is brackish water. Water pressure for the shower was ok.

The pool is not maintained- i think its only for diving lessons. Breakfast very basic but its standard for the island. Other places offer a nice pool for the same price.

Very friendly staff, and good room. The room is very big and clean, comfortable bed. Bugs and geckos dont get in which is not a standard on the island. If you dont expect the pool but just need a place to sleep in a good location - this is perfect. I wouldnt recommend it if you want to have more of a resort experience.

It needs some overall maintenance during shoulder season such as November. Lighting, painting walls, around the pool care etc..

The location was perfect to swim and find spas and cafes nearby The receptionist roberto was exceptional, helped me with everything always positive.

The ac in the room was old and noisy. The pool was more for diving instruction rather than relaxation and cooling off.

The breakfast was ok, but not standing out compared to all the other amazing Bali / Gili Food experiences I have had. The location of the resort has been perfect, right on the beach.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice beach in front of accommodation, with some of the best "walk-in" snorkeling I have ever experienced. Guaranteed to see turtles, and much more.

Fantastic location on the island. Walking distance to both sides and port. Also the reef is right off the beach so easy access to excellent snorkeling. At first glance the place looks a little run down however our room was beautiful and very comfortable and the pool was wonderful as well. Moreover the real gem here is the staff. They are all superb friendly helpful and accommodating. Our room was cleaned everyday and left in immaculate condition. I even got a chance to go Spearfishing with Tony, so much fun. We loved Gili Air and we loved Blue Maribe. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. Right on the beach with sunloungers around pool and on the beach. Breakfast was superb and the staff friendly. Nice big clean room and massive bathroom. We loved staying here. The cleaner (think his name was gadri?) was AMAZING and so friendly :)

We stayed at Blue Marine Resort, but unfortunately, the name is misleading. This is not a resort — it’s a dive center with three basic rooms located at the back, in the garden area. The pool shown in the photos is not for guests to use recreationally — it’s for diving practice only and it's not in a good shape. In short, this is not the resort experience you would imagine but it's ok for a few nights close to the beach and away from the loud bars and restaurants.

The room was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful overall. The breakfast is simple but you can have it on the beach. The location is good, you can snorkel straight from the beach.

The property grounds were very rundown. The pool area was unappealing. The second pool was not in use. The included breakfast was basic but ok. The staff were laying around on the day beds and cabanas. There was not an operational restaurant or bar to use on site.

Location was perfect. Snorkelling right off the beach. Restaurants next door and close by. Size of room and room cleanliness. Some of the staff were trying their best to accommodate our needs. i.e. when our room air-conditioning didn't work they relocated us to another room.

We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told there were no rooms available. The staff offered no help and simply canceled our booking without any apology or explanation. We also sent a message to the hotel asking for clarification, but never received a response. This experience caused a lot of stress and disrupted our travel plans. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to treat guests this way, especially with no communication or effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful place to stay.

The pool is only really used for scuba diving lessons etc but you don’t need the pool as the beach is directly opposite

Lots of space in the rooms and bathroom. Located directly on the beach which is perfect. They also offer scuba diving here which I would 100% recommend. The staff are lovely and friendly. Super helpful. And if you are to do the diving here the instructors are incredible. Really friendly and happy to help with everything. Beautiful place. The main part of the island is the southern part which is where more bars / restaurants are located but they’re dotted all around the island. It’s in a fairly quiet location but there’s perfectly good restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect, located right on the beach with excellent access to snorkelling spots. Breakfast was fresh. Staff were very attentive. 4 large bungalows only, very quiet. Would stay here again.

It was not very clean and the place was Not a resort as mentioned in name. The pool was bad, not clean, the tables around were not clean where you ate. . Probably would not stay again

Room was good size. And we had lovely cats visit us and we miss our cats from home. Breakfast was good
