Nothing about this place was likeable in any shape or form

This place has been presented in a completely different way to what it is actually like. It is rundown and badly needs maintenance, do not stay here until they renovate.

To start off, the WiFi is almost non existent. The room was ok, but the bed sheets were stained. The place felt dirty. Bathroom is ok, towels are well past their use-by date. Facilities ok, pool did not look clean so did not use. Room didn’t look anything like the photos. Much nicer resorts in Gili T.

After changing 2 times, the unit was quite good. Staff were very good

Desperately needs money spent on it. Very 1980s in style and maintenance.

Location is good

Room was not well kept. Ceiling was broken. Drinking water seems to be very old. Not a good stay. For this price, many other good stays on the same road which offer breakfast as well. Don’t recommend it

Nothing whatsoever apart from the friendly staff.

It was dirty, paint peeling off the walls, mouldy shower area, broken doors, cheap worn furniture. The gardens were a total mess.

Sea front good sized rooms, clean, kettle and fridge .

Location close to the beach, the breakfast and the very nice and friendly personal.

Nothing! But maybe the room could be sligthly larger.

Location was great, sun loungers on the beach and cafe were good. Suppose it's pretty cheap but you do get what you pay for

Staff were so uninterested if they were even at the front desk, had to ask for more toilet paper about 5 times. The whole place is very old and run down, both of our room AC's were leaking water, one stopped working (which they did manage to fix), we didn't even have the correct remote for the living area one. The toilet near reception to use while using the loungers out the front was always dirty with no toilet paper.

The room ambient ; could be more organized and decorated , poor iluminación in the pathway to the rooms.

Many things, we ended up leaving. We had the bungalow and it was full of mosquitos cause not only the shower was outside but all the rooms were opened and there were dozens of mosquitos in our bedroom we couldn’t get rid off. The mosquito net wasn’t good, with holes and many openings which didn’t close properly. The room isn’t as shown in the pics as I saw later in other reviews, it’s very old, not maintained.

Air con didn't work, gaps thru wood for mosquitoes to get in & slso the hot air. Pool Was uninviting. Not what it looked like in the pic Sat on the hard bed.

Location, breakfast, staff. Good value for the money.

WiFi was off and on but no big problem. The bedding could do with a good wash if you’re fussy. Padlock on the door rings might put some people off.

Lovely staff, good wifi, nice breakfast, excellent location.

The room had an unpleasant smell and is in desperate need of an update. Walls were dirty and mosquito net was filthy.

The hotel was lovely, The staff could not do enough for us. They even made a custom hanging rali for me. They were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was good too.

The pictures of the beach were taken about 10 years ago and it is so crowded now in peak season. We wanted more space and some quiet relaxing time so we moved to Gili Meno. We would recommend to people who lije busy holidays with lots of people
