The room had an unpleasant smell and is in desperate need of an update. Walls were dirty and mosquito net was filthy.

Towels had holes and were never changed. Basin and toilet need replacing as stained. Garden and surrounds were unkept and broken furniture laying around. General maintenance not done. Unkept

The best thing was the position and view from our balcony. Happy with breakfast on the beach. Everything else needed improvement.

No safe as described, AC doesn’t really cool down the room during daytime, some part of the bungalow floor sink a bit when step on, swimming pool has dead bug floating, my room is next to a street so can hear people talking

Food was a tiny bit unhygienic, my partner had a fly cooked into her food. And some of the maintenance was needed, part of the roof seal fell out while we were there due to the moisture out of the aircon

Very tired, the gardens really need some love and the bathroom had a pungent smell. Of the 20 days I spent in Bali this was the most expensive out of the 5 places I stayed, and it was the least impressive.

Loved the location, on the beach and great snorkelling. The staff were lots of fun and attentive.

The room was a wooden cabin, therefore it was quite dark inside (no real windows, the existing ones have no glass) + not soundproof at all and the area can be a bit noisy as it’s close to a religious building and you will hear the prayers songs, and one of them occur at 5am in the morning so keep it in mind if you are sensitive to night noises.

What we appreciated the most was the location : right in front of the main beach, close to the city center but not too close at the same time as it can be really busy etc… you won’t be bothered by the clubs / bars. There is a nice & sunny swimming pool area that we did not use as we went for the beach sunbeds they offer.

As the cabin is big, it is very difficult for the aircon to cool the room. The fan overhead didn't cover the bed, making it very hard to sleep.

Our room was very much in need of maintenance. Not really dirty but in disrepair. We had stayed previously, 5 years ago and it was like no maintenance or updating had been done..The bath towels and pillows smelt of either mildew or cigarette smoke. They did change them but it made no difference. They were clean. The towels given for the beach were fine. We had a room overlooking the beach, great to lay in bed and watch the sunrise. The cushions on furniture on the balcony were dirty and stained.

The location is great, just off Turtle point/beach. The bed comfy and breakfast good. The staff were mostly chatty. I think as it was the end of Ramadan they were struggling.

the safe in the room wasn’t bolted down so a bit uncomfortable keeping valuables and there is some maintenance that needs to be done. example was replacing some spots of wooden floors and steps as it may result in injury

Bad smell in the room when AC was turned off and room got warm (like animal sour smell). When People are Passung by (coming back from partying it can get quite loud because it is at the beachwalk)

The vibes where amazing, bungalow at Gili is exactly what you want if you want to feel connected to the nature. I really liked the shower because it was inside but it felt like you were connected to the nature.

This place has been presented in a completely different way to what it is actually like. It is rundown and badly needs maintenance, do not stay here until they renovate.

To start off, the WiFi is almost non existent. The room was ok, but the bed sheets were stained. The place felt dirty. Bathroom is ok, towels are well past their use-by date. Facilities ok, pool did not look clean so did not use. Room didn’t look anything like the photos. Much nicer resorts in Gili T.
