Everything was great

Loved the Villa from the moment we arrived on our horse drawn cart from the fast boat dock. The bungalow was perfect and a nice touch with the indoor/outdoor bathroom! Staff were great and breakfast by the beach each morning was stunning! Bikes were available to hire to discover the island.

This place is beautiful, the location is perfect - a few meters from the most beautiful beach and the staff are lovely and really go out of their way. On the last morning we had to leave early to catch the ferry so they packed some bananas in a box for us to take. The beds are really comfortable too and the rooms are cleaned every day. I would 100% stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great beds, beach front access. We loved the delicious breakfast served on the beach (including great coffee) and the sunset drinks. We stayed for 7 nights and were very sad to leave. We will be back!

One downside, however, was the noise in the evenings. The neighboring bars play live music every night, often until late – and unfortunately at a volume that is still very noticeable inside the bungalows. If you're a light sleeper or looking for quiet nights, it's something to keep in mind. Of course, this isn’t the fault of Bintang Tiga itself, but it does affect the overall experience. Another small note: the restaurant only serves vegetarian and vegan food. While the dishes are very tasty and well-prepared, those looking for meat or fish options should be aware of this in advance. That said, it's still a highly recommended place with lovely accommodation and an outstanding team!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bintang Tiga Bungalows on Gili Air! The bungalows were beautiful, clean, and apparently recently renovated – everything felt modern and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast: there were several options to choose from, and everything was delicious. The cappuccino was a real highlight – exceptionally good! The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly warm, attentive, and always friendly. We loved it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by four more days. The location is also perfect: you can watch the sunset every evening, and Turtle Beach is very close. We went snorkeling there every day and saw sea turtles every single time – a truly magical experience!

The WiFi was bad, I think the whole area suffers from WiFi issues. There was no fridge in bungalow room 7 so get your water from the restaurant before it closes at night

We found some gecko droppings in the bungalow which I guess can’t be helped as there are geckos everywhere on the island!

We are not picky and we always try to see the beauty in everything, that's why I would only have one mention related to the bathroom towels that always remained wet due to the humidity, we are aware of it, and yet it was frustrating and created the only discomfort for us, especially since they also smelled unpleasant, and we had to dry ourselves with our clothes; I don't know what we would do if we stayed for several evenings... Hygiene is essential for us and I don't think it was right not to mention this. I understand that it's the high humidity, I repeat, the bathroom being outdoors led to this result, but I still hope there is a solution.

Very happy with the host! He organized everything we asked for, helped us with the scooter rental, arranged our boat trip and recommended a wonderful restaurant on the island, where we had one of the most special dinners due to the very tasty food there and the romantic and dreamy atmosphere of the restaurant with tables right on the beach; we sat with our feet in the sand admiring the sunset and enjoying some delicious dishes. Without Andi's recommendation, we would definitely not have found this particular restaurant on our own. The location is traditional, comfortable, cool room, with a seating area on the private terrace and an outdoor bathroom separated from the room by a sliding door. We didn't find any luxury there because that's not what we were looking for, we went there for something authentic and that's what we found. The breakfast was very tasty and authentic, and my mouth is still watering when I think about those pineapple pancakes drizzled with honey! 😋 The nearby beaches are very nice and comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn't spend more days in this corner of heaven, but we hope we will come back and make up for it. Gili has a completely different vibe, it has its own rhythm, which is what won us over irreparably.

Really nice rooms! We loved the outdoor bathroom and the bungalow set up was really nice. Peaceful and quiet but also with lounge/restaurant area out by the each! We loved everything about it, especially their yummy food!

AC adequate but just, helped to have the fan going. Otherwise no issues.

We arrived to find a room under construction beside ours, we asked to change rooms and they immediately arranged it, adjusting the rate lower accordingly. Location was great, best part of the island. The eating area on the beach and the little cabanas were perfect for a meal or an afternoon. Gardens were nice, staff kept the area by the rooms and out to the path very tidy. Food was very good (vegetarian), including the breakfast and the coffee. Outside (ensuite) bathroom was great. Mosquito netting was a good wrap. All the staff were lovely. Room had a safe.

There is nothing I did not like of Bintang Tiga.

The vibe, the large room, the beautiful green setting, the client orientation of the owner, open and very responsive to suggestions, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, the most delicious vegetarian restaurant right in front of the property, on the beach.

Once arrived in Bintang Tiga Bungalows we were pampered by the lovely staff (a special thanks goes to Otti - I hope I spelled the name correctly) and the charming nature of this island. The bungalows are in the north, 20 min walking from the harbour area, immersed in a beautiful garden and a few meters away from a relaxing sandy beach. The bungalow was confortable and well equipped. The rooms are also served by a bar/restaurant serving nice breakfasts and fresh natural food.

The air con didn't really cool the room to a completely during the day but was fine at night. Nothing to do with the property but check the tide times as they were very low when we were there so we couldn't swim or snorkel.

The room was a good size with a big comfortable bed. The terrace outside the room also had comfortable seating and a drying rack for wet swimsuits, etc. The bathroom was big with a good shower.
