It had so many facilities that we didn't get to try it all! The in house spa was decent and we didn't have to go out of the compound. Loved how the staff were so friendly and helpful. Convenient walk to the beach. And most importantly the best place to stay for the last few days in Bali as it was so close to the airport.

Exchange rate for Aussie dollar to rupiah at the lobby of the resort was less than what we get could right outside on the street and other exchanges. Was convenient to have in hotel but rate was always 2 to 300 rupiah less per dollar then what we could get just 100 metres away.

Amazing chilled location great pool yade at the pool bar is fantastic. So close to everything but far enough away from the hassle and hawkers. Super close to airport, but right on the beach. We will be back many times. Room clleaners go the extra mile.and the gardener's work so hard for us to enjoy the luscious grounds wiithin the resort. Been to Bali 15 plus times this is one of the best places to stay. Breakfast was great awesome selection.

The towels and linen i felt could be upgraded as they are getting quite old.

The room was clean and well kept. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Older style hotel with a traditional Balinese feel.

The AC was not cold enough but it's ok as we spent our days mostly outside.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a lot of restaurants and modern malls nearby. The hotel has its own beach which is awesome.

Kids club was much smaller than advertised with limited toys to play with for younger children. A bath would have been nice to have. Eating at the hotel was very expensive, but it made sure we got our and about.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice and fresh, rooms were basic and clean.

The toilet was old and leaking, and as someone who cares about the environment, the waste of water was really disturbing for me. Also, you had to hold the flush button for five seconds to make it work, which was very tiring and unpleasant. I sometimes saw big ants on the floor of the room, but they never came onto the bed. The breakfast was not at the level of a five-star resort; the options were limited, and for example, there were no olives, pickles, and so on. Also, in a tropical country, it is expected to serve some new tropical fruits every day, but every day they only served papaya, watermelon, and honeydew melon.

The hotel has an excellent location and a beautiful private beach. From 7 to 10 p.m., there is a dance and theater show with a buffet dinner that offers good food options. The swimming pool is lovely, the garden is large and nice, and everything is easy to access.

Some additional water in the room upon request would have been nice. 2 small bottles weren't really sufficient.

Lovely and spacious resort, only 10 mins from the airport and walking distance to waterbomb park. The large lagoon style pool with swim up bar and floating toys were great for our 4 year old. The staff were friendly and accommodating for a special vegan breakfast and we only wish we had more time to spend there.

bit dated but still a lovely hotel. The service at the pool bar was exceptionally slow. At some point they looked at you and then ignored you. The pool is lovely and spacious but lacking in sunbeds. Not enough for all guests and people sat on the floor when you have all that lovely space and same for beach

Great location ! Next to the beach . Great restaurant- The Wharf , good selection of food . Swimming pool was great with a pool bar. We got a room on the ground floor which was great coz the room opens up to a small garden at the back .

The kids got bored, so probably isn’t the best place for kids. They need some kids club hosts organising activities at times through out the day, ideally around the pool. The tiny kids club room was located at the front of the hotel, the wrong end of a very long resort.

Very affordable resort accommodation, with excellent breakfast, near the airport with easier exit from Kuta by car for day trips. The beach front is quiet and beautiful.

The beach out the front of the resort was not great for swimming, traffic to get to other places like Legion & Seminyak is hectic and time consuming.

Stunning gardens and resort, direct access to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also walking distance to waterbomb if that interests you. Breakfast was great as well.

There is a problem with sun loungers - guests seem to drop towels in before breakfast but isn’t that the same everywhere? Some noise during construction around the pool but not intrusive.

Staff were super friendly and beach was clean. Good choice for breakfast.

The bathroom had a weird smell when we showered even though it was clean and beautiful.

This resort is awesome... right in the city yet peaceful and lush. It had a magnificent garden, a huge pool, and its own beach access...
