Cannot really swim on the beach but not an issue

Very secluded location for total relaxation. We had the garden view villa. Although back was near the road, it was totally quiet after 10 pm. Beautiful, calming, relaxing environment. All villa were timber design and very rustic. Food was reasonably priced and excellent with continental and local varieties. Staff was very friendly and helpful and immediate action to any issue. Swimming pool, free bicycles were great. Mangroves on the beach were good for photo shoot.

The beach is very littered and needs to be cleaned and maintained as a key aspect of the resort presentation. one or two basic cocktails on offer at sunset would be fantastic. The road noise is a little problematic.

Pleasant coastal resort with basic facilities, cold beer and good food. The pre-booked breakfast menu works well and the pool lounges are comfortable and shaded.

Distance is quite far from the BBT Ferry Terminal. We got few bats flying in our room during at night and it was so scary.Ordered Food can be better, would love to have more local Indonesian cuisine rather than the western for lunch or dinner. Food is very pricy with very small portion of chicken for our chicken fried rice. We went to the nearby kamoung eatery because we got bored with the menu Anyways, thank you

The sheets on my bed and pillow case were stained and had dead bugs flatten on it. They did change it quickly when I told them. The hut I was in was very near reception so I could hear the loud music that was played at night and early morning, waking me up.

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!

There is not much to do in the hotel, need to hire a car everywhere you go

Excellent staff and service, very welcoming and helpful! Housing is authentic, comfortable and very well equipped. Ideal location with a great view on the beach, very open area and amazing landscapes nearby. It was a very relaxing and peaceful stay, I recommend it strongly and will come again :-)

Might be abit far from places and restaurants. But the food that they serve is super good. We ate fried calamari for every dinner (along with other dishes of course) and we couldnt get enough of it. Btw you can rent a motorbike for the whole day ($12).

Amazing place. Away from people. Staff were too nice it felt surreal. Like we were all friends. On the second night we even had a karaoke session with the boss 😂 Please come to this place. It might be further away from most of the attractions but if your goal is to detach from social media and the like - i cannot recommend a better place.

The car ride from BBT terminal is long and windy, though the drivers tried their best to make the ride safe and comfortable! The room’s floorboards would creak at some parts when stepped on - to be expected for a wooden house, but it did make it challenging (not impossible) to creep around when baby was asleep.

The staff were exceptional in their service. Room and bathroom were clean! You can rent a cot for a fee, comes with mosquito net and changing table, my baby slept so well. The food was fantastic too, we loved the beef rendang fried rice and Padang style crab. The staff were very understanding in helping me store ice packs for my breast milk cooler. It was lovely to walk around the resort with my baby, there’s a network of pavements you can use the stroller on (albeit a little uneven at some places). The beach was clean and the water was so clear! Low tide is nice for a little walk on the beach. Though the resort is situated on a stretch of mangrove beach, the part in front of the palm beach villas is sandy. It was quiet when we went, not many other guests. A special shout out to Flora who was attentive to our needs.

The resort was amazing, we had our own villa facing the beach with everything we needed. The food at the resort was great, particularly the fish dishes. The pool was lovely and clean facing the beach which was beautiful for sunset. The best thing about the resort was the staff, they helped us at every opportunity and were all lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this more to someone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay in Bintan.

Overall the stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and kind, and the restaurant at the hotel had a large variety of food. The rooms were also very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There are swings in the hotel and the hotel has a nice beach place with a breathtakin view and the swimming pool also has a nice view.

Breakfast selectionis a bit limited but understandably so as we are the only guests.

It is remote and since it is not peak season, it is almost exclusive to us. The villa is also very nice and comfortable. The staff is amazing!
