we booked the apartments, which were cheap, spartan and somewhat smelly. The bathroom door was broken, which was fixed twice, quite promptly. Before arriving, we received a number of ominous messages that our reservation would be released if we would not arrive before 16h, which is quite unusual.

the facilities at this hotel were superb: the restaurant, the rooftop bar. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and the swimming pool very decent. The location is excellent, quite near the Bogor gardens.

Reception counter was awkwardly placed (in basement, not facing street. Balcony railing was like jail bars. Not sound proof room, noise from next room’s tv and prayer call were loud and anoying.

Location near to culinary spots, not too far from Jagorawi high way. Breakfast was good with many choices. AC was privately controlled, hot water ran all day.

Reception counter is placed awkwardly (in the basement, never seen like this). Rooms are not sound proof at all (tv sound from next room and prayer call from where-ever mosque audible very loudly. Balcony railing makes the room ugly, causing inconvenience sitting on the balcony to enjoy the mountain view.

The hotel is located behind Botani Square Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping. The staff were very friendly and explained everything in thorough detail. The view was pretty good and the bed was very comfy

Just one minor thing, if motorcycle can also use the bridge to enter the lobby it would really help and avoid confusion. Now, if we use motorcycle we have to go through a maze of roads just to reach the entrance. For most its really confusing

A bit difficult to get to but traversing local backstreets is always an interesting exercise.

The hotel room we stayed in and then the apartment we moved to were both very clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. Ample varieties for the breakfast buffet, although the a la carte menu for dinner is a bit limited as is the room service menu. Good swimming pool about 20-25 meters suitable for laps.

When I tried to order something by dialing the Operator, it can be better if able to take note of my request/enquiries and get back to me, instead of diverting my call to the respective department extention line and have to repeat my conversation all over again.

The pool area is next to the terrace, where people sit for breakfast or lunch. Is not a good place for swimming. The lobby seems to be difficult to find for gojek driver, there is also a small entrance fee for cars.

We had the standard room, which was OK for us for 2 nights. We loved the rooftop bar, the friendly staff and the huge breakfast buffet.

Access to the lobby, hidden in the parking is a bit wierd. Furthermore, all independent and slow elevators… not that disturbing though.

Rooftop has a nice view over the town, good to have a beer in the evening. Massage service on the room was also a good way to relax.

Your management really need to be strict about guests ethic. Too noisy for leisure. Some guests can play music loudly with their door opened, they shout, even the kids can run in the aisle and treat it as their own property. Your staff can't be contacted from the room gadget. Shower room is too small and not a good design. The location is a bit weird surrounded by locals housing not a good view especially from the room. Your rooftop food quality is disappointing especially bakso malang. Cause me diarrhea. The other foods are still make sense. The pool is only for kids. Terrible for adults. Receptionist need to inform guest earlier about car parking stamp. Can cause hassle.

If you about to have a morning walk, then the Botanic garden is a good option to visit near the hotel. The best shopping mal in town can be reached by walk. The lunch buffet is quite good. The SOFA resto in this area is much better than the rooftop restaurant. Bed is superb. They have live music every Saturday night and Wednesday. Their singer is surprisingly good. It has rooftop, good for chillin. Helpful , humble staff. Lifts are good and clean, although it can be smelly sometimes.
