The owner (Beta) was so nice and welcoming. He made sure we enjoyed our stay and kept our rooms cleaned and neat. The bed was comfortable and the views are stunning. Such a great deal for the price.

This was such a great find! The house is beautiful and felt like a truly Balinese experience staying there. Beta is so kind and hospitable. The property is stunning and the porch is perfect for sunrise and sunset sitting.

The location was beautiful. We came here after a stay in Ubud centre, this place offers a lot of privacy with ricefields as your backyard! Beta is a great and very kind host. He helped us with booking activities and our laundry. The possibility to rent a scooter is also helpful! Also, I recommend the warung on the front side of the property. It is a good choice for some good local food. We ate there 3 times during our 3 night stay! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

The hot water ran out whilst I tried to run a bath and also the breakfast omelettes were but too greasy for me.

The spaciousness, cleanliness, free fruits!, homely/family feel, big bathroom and wardrobe, massive & comfy bed, wooden flooring and decor, decor of the garden, the fact that it’s out of the way - I wanted to isolate for a bit, town is only 20 mins away though

Issue with the bath plug not fully sealing. So had to get creative to make sure water didn’t drain / waste water. Not a big deal in my opinion. Ended up using Gojek or a driver to get into Ubud. Price you pay for being so private.

Big bath, outdoor bathroom area; but covered from potential rain. Very quiet and private. Staff and family that run the Villa are amazing. Very generous and helpful. The Warung out front makes very good food. Beautiful view of rice terrace and lots of fruit growing on property.

Beta is the owner with family they run only 1 villa and small restaurant serving local Indonesian food at locals prices. He was amazing upon arrival and made us feel extremely welcomed. He walked us all the way down to the back of the property which was an oh s$#t moment until we seen the villa which overlooked the rice paddies. The villa was amazing, comfortable, airconditioned and very tidy. Beta also rented us a scooter and it was on 10mins back into Ubud centre. Highly recommended, an amazing experience watching local men work the rice paddies as the sun goes down. Peaceful and tranquil. Thankyou Beta and family we will see you again soon.

We really stay like home. Beta is the best housekipper and lovely person. You can also rent a moto there. The views are amazing and the cleaning it’s 10/10! And you need to try the outside shower😍

They canceled my booking but lied to get my money. They canceled my booking 4 days before the check-in day saying it is due to the leaking of the bungalow. I just dealed with it and paid for another hotel with last min high price. However, a few days lateri，I receive mail from booking.com customer service saying the hotel told them they helped transferred me to another acomodation and paid for the transport. That NEVER happened!! It is a LIE!! Then I realized the state of the booking became ' paid and complete '. I'm shocked!!! They are liars and I need my full refund back! I never got to stay there !!

The location is quite secluded and there is only one villa so no ambience really or an opportunity to interact with anyone except the staff. Also both the villa and the bathroom were a bit damp.

Beta is very warm and makes a genuine effort to make the guests comfortable.

took me a second to get used to the bugs but they do their own thing and don’t bother you! So I grew comfortable with it.

absolutely gorgeous very peaceful stay I can’t recommend enough if your looking for some down time alone or with a partner/friend. the views are amazing the bed is very big and comfortable and the staff are extremely welcoming friendly and helpful
