Wow one of the best places we've stayed in Bali so far. The owner is so welcoming and helpful, always reachable if we had any questions or issues. The view is unbeatable, the room is big, clean and very comfortable with great little details. We also loved the little kitchen with free water, tea and coffee. Good restaurant in walkable distance. All this for a super affordable price, we can only recommend!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but there are a couple of drawbacks. You can hear everything outside the room, every word incl the TV in the next room, also people talking in the carpark. There was a dog barking untill 1am. At 7am the builder started hammering on an extention of this place. It's missing furniture like bedside tables, a shelf or wardrobe to stash your stuff. That's fixabke of course. Still I recommend staying here.

The view from the rooms Terrace is phantastic. Unbeatable. Close to shops and the big temple. Great place if you want to climb Mty Agung. Small common kitchen is great. All clean and tidy. Very good value for money

I had trouble locating the property on google maps. The app first showed me another location. Perhaps the team could look into that to avoid confusion.

It’s a quiet and serene place, with a fantastic view of Mt. Agung. The staff is warm and will help you with good recommendations for activities around the property. They also give you a bowl of fruit every morning :)

It was difficult to get a transport when you don’t have your own motorbike or car. There’s no Gojek or grab in the area. Also it would be nice with a closet or shelf in the room for the clothes.

Really great view of Mt Agung. Good kitchen and nice area.

Staff is nice and polite, but I think it’s not good when a guest comes, there’s nobody and no sign what to do — wait? Call? What number? I’d recommend you to text about it in advance in a message or put a sign with your number on the parking or reception. Cause if I didn’t guess to ask other guests who told me the number I think I could stand there for hours.

Beautiful quiet place with a good view. There’s a kitchen where you can make tea, coffee or cook something.

Cleaning may be missed- perhaps because staff wants to give guests their privacy and uninterrupted stay time (but floors gather dust and insects easily in Bali) - it was always easy to touch base with owner or son to have cleaning lady come by, so not a big concern at all. Some noise from construction nearby (clearing trees and sometimes just trimming grass), sometimes from loud barking dogs at night that are not on the property, or from a karaoke bar (I understand) down the street. There was a pregnant cow on site (the neighbour's I believe) so for me, the occasional "moo" was a real treat and I always said hello to her each day. This town is small but quite open so I believe noise travels easily through the air. For me, it was nice to hear life around and I could still sleep through most of it. If someone is more noise-sensitive, bring some earplugs or at least expect this possible noise!

The breakfasts (3 to choose from) - were fabulous! I had a couple of the choices but a vegetable-rice Balinese dish (nasi campur) was my favourite - great serving size and great taste - with fruit, coffee, and extra water. (Water and coffee/tea available for free in kitchen anytime too). Loved that the owner drove me out to the town to visit a couple of local stores and the son drove me to and from (the very close) Besakih temple. Both checked in on me regularly. The view of the mountain (Mount Agung) is a breathtaking sight and the sunrise or moon beside it on the days I was there were picture-perfect!! Owner also brought me fresh young coconuts to enjoy the water - which I love! Also loved scooping out the young coconut from one!! Hot water in shower started immediately!! What a treat that I will certainly not forget!
