Clean and new and the food and the stuff are super friendly and unbelievably trained and professional it’s the best ever we will come every year just to this hotel feels amazing and comfortable and everything you need they will help you and guide you and even the rooms and the service is 10/10 from the food to the comfort to the environment to the smile in the morning and evening! It’s just exceptional experience we extended our stay too many times because we couldn’t find hotel with the same service and comfort feels like home !!

Only negative is that there was a full build happening right next door so loud noises interrupted our stay. We wish that had been mentioned prior to booking as it was not peaceful laying by the pool throughout the day. Workers there for long hours

The spa is not great - there are better options just across the road from the property. The spa is separate from the hotel.

Perhaps the music by the pool was a little repetitive. But still nice to have some music instead of none.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They took our suggestions on board and made a couple of changes. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in all my travels. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Selina who made everything even more special. We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had asked if they could prepare something for the room — the surprise they created left even me speechless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I liked that i could check out at 12pm and keep using the hotel facilities before my late flight. The hotel is also in a great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Will definitely be staying again

We really enjoyed the new and modern look of this hotel, the bedroom was really spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The rooftop pool is stunning and perfect for tanning. We had breakfast included in the price and it was great because you got to choose 3 meals from the menu and also have the breakfast buffet. The location is ideal as it’s close to everything and has lots of cafes / restaurants in walking distance

Breakfast has more choices but the taste of Breakfast need to be improved , so we have to take BF outside most of the time

Ambience, Neatness and Food, Staff excellent . However Quality of Breakfast need to be improved. Room service food is fantastic . Good part is not crowded for breakfast and you have special attention. Being a new hotel this is our best choice where all staff smiling and helping for all the needs

My group stayed in one of the Villas and we had such a relaxing time. Bogik was so welcoming and looked after us as well as all the other staff are so nice and accomodating. Villa was so well designed and I loved using the kitchen and dining area, also really appreciated the buggy service in the berawa area. My friends loved the free flowing jamu and I really liked the breakfast options buffet and ala carte. There are so many nice cafes and shops nearby too, during our stay there was a small art market which was really cute. Our stay included a floating breakfast and a private chef dinner. Both were such a treat! Thank you so much🙏🤍
