AustraliaNoise from Sky Garden till 4am. Microphone ringing out with some drunk shouting his song. Sheets pillows needs renewing. Curtain needs to be put up at both small windows upstairs rooms, as light beams in from balcony lights, which can only be turned off at switchboard.
The breakfast was adequate, but bacon would have been appreciated occasionally. Be great to have a better coffee served. I found all linen could be replaced, including pillows. My pillow was mouldy. I actually went to Bintang n bought a new one. Mattress was not very comfortable. The down side to this hotel is the NOISE from Sky Garden n surrouding clubs, going till 4am. The staff were very friendly n helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel need to put up a wall between rooms on the top floor balcony. . Apparently they had them originally, but they rotted. Most folk don't feel comfortable sitting on balcony with a stranger next ro you. No privacy. Alot of the hotels around are refurbishing etc n my advice would be to do this to Bendesa, if prices could remain low.

AustraliaOnly one power point , only one bedside table , only one hook in bathroom for towels , NO PLUG for hand basin so husband shaves and wastes water .
The pool was nice , clean and cool , was very quiet during the day , a bit noisy at night due to night clubs .

IndonesiaNo room towels, given extra room towels istead,wife missed a hair dryer. Soap supplied but no body wash or shampoo. No daily water supplied, solved by buying 15 litre water for $2.20.
We found for the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great pool, great location and access to both jl Legian and jl Benesari. Attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Stayed for 19 nights with family of 6 and more than happy to stay again.

AustraliaIt lacks the magic other balinese hotels seem to have. Perhaps theres not the same dedication and time spent to service. no one even showed me to my room. The layout is a bit weird and the hotel seems cold. Lonely is the word. I was quite alone there despite so many rooms. Not the best area to stay in. many “bike bikes” follow you at night there.
theres a spa on site. could be good for someone who wants to have a ground level room with pool access.

Australiathe bathrooms were in very poor condition. Towels were like tiny bath mats. Breakfast wasnt the best. didnt know if the restaurant was open on closed because the blinds were always down, so we chose to eat out alot
The hotel was near the areas we liked and close to good coffee and massage places. Fridge was a good size for lots of water.

AustraliaWe couldn't have a ground floor room except on the basis of 2 separate beds, which wasn't an inconvenience to us. We were grateful that the hotel met our request to the best of their ability.
The breakfast was excellent in a dining area with 3 listed options - plenty of variety to choose from and very friendly and prompt service. The gardens and pool area are lovely and it is a quiet and restful location. There is at laundry available within the hotel precincts charging very reasonable prices.
