Room Humidity could be a bit lower but in general that’s fine!

The staff were amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious and organization for tours and bikes was perfect! Especially Princess was always very sweet and helped us a lot! Thanks for a great time! :)

I would really hope that the resort owners would give the rooms a bit more love, the bathrooms had a strange smell to them and i think it is simply just a matter of giving them a complete scrubdown.

The staff is super friendly and the resort is located in a great spot not to far away from the center of Ubud. there is a magical tranquility at the resort, its very peace full and you feel you step back in time, the pool is pretty big and the floating breakfast for my sons birthday was amazing.

The bath room need upgrade like mirror, the hand shower, the TV Channel connection errors, mosquito, the room under & side the bed + bath room need deep cleaning 1-2x a month.

I like the atmosphere in the area with nice garden and nature. Staff friendly and helpful, spacious parking lot, 10 minutes from central ubud by walk.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom flooded every time the sink or tub was used. The toilet flushed very slowly. The sheets and pillows had a stale smell.

I liked the location because it was away from the noise and had good wifi connection. the garden was well maintained

The room was not quite new, some renovation is needed. The food at the cafe was not that good for its money.

Specious calm place with a huge garden. There is a restaurant on the territory where they surf breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly and served me a BD pancakes which was surprising and nice of them.

The bathroom had a strong bad smell that didn’t fade away during our 1 week stay. Location is a bit far from center , but not a big deal just 5 min ride

Toilet and wash basin were ordinary. Toilet rolls attached to a vacuum held tissue holder which used to fall down frequently. Bath towels were not bright and white looked like old towels

The property didn’t have well finished touches such as - the sink looked very old and pink and overall bathroom wasn’t that nice but it was clean. Later found out it was because of Covid which hit them hard.

The driver! The hotel recommended the driver and he was amazing. He gave us gifts and treated us like we were family. He was so sweet that he checked In on us and came running if it started to rain. Highly recommending him!! ( he also knows exclusive spots) It was also beautiful and scenic inside the resort itself. The pool was beautiful and there was a spa in it - which i didn’t get to test.

Our bathroom had slight patches of mould on the ceiling, and a smokey smell, but we didn’t feel this was worth mentioning for the price you pay per night

we had a really lovely week here. The location was out of the centre which was good for avoiding noise and the grabs were super cheap to get from place to place. The staff were extremely helpful.

Very good stay at this resort. The rooms were great and clean. Staff was very kind and friendly. Area was clean, safe and peaceful. Reception staff (specifically Princess) were very helpful and polite. The toilets were blocked once but they immediately responded and apologised and commented for improvements. I would highly recommend anyone to have their experience.

We didn’t like the mold in the bathroom and living room. The bathroom looked dirty, and the breakfast was not very interesting.

The staff was very polite and friendly. They did their best to help and were always willing to find solutions.

Was a really quiet place, perfect to stay and chill. Has a lot of amenities. The personnel was nice, and everything that we asked they help us.

Upon arrival we were told that they did not accept any cards, cash only, for rooms, restaurant, bar and shop. Very unusual, and would have been nice to know before hand. Made us very uncomfortable upon check in.

Overall the property was a little run down, but we stayed in one of the new 4 rooms which were exceptionally, could not fault.

Nothing bad

Excellent traditional set up, truly reflecting Balinese culture. Spacious room, tasty and delicious breakfast. Pool was also very nice, my kids really enjoyed it.

The door and track to our room may have warped from the humidity as we always had trouble opening it and aligning the lock to lock the door. Sometimes we just left it unlocked.

The pool was great and the staff were amazing, especially Agung. He always checked in to see if there were anything my family of 5 needed
