basic accommodation with free breakfast and tea and coffee facilities. Not far from the beach and easy access for exploring Southern Lombok by bike. Great warung, Kiena for food and Queenie for smoothies.

There is not much things where you can hang your staff in the room. It's a bit empty.

The room was spacious, we had air con and a little view. Shower was alright and breakfast was a pancake.

The bathroom was a bit grim and ultimately the reason we decided to move on. The drain smells like sewage and unfortunately no door to at least keep the smell from the bedroom. The shower curtain could use a good wash. The water from the shower doesn’t drain so you are getting feet wet to use toilet each time and it became quite slippery. Also note that if you do decide to extend, do through booking.com, we didn’t and paid an extra 50k for the night. Didn’t really bother us, just thought it was odd as booking.com is usually pricer than in person due to commission! Don’t let the bed bug reviews scare you, we were perfectly fine! No bugs at night came into the rooms either, we had the windows open the whole time.

Good guesthouse! Nice big bed, clean room. Cold shower is ok! Tommy rented us a great scooter with board racks for our stay for 80k per day. Free breakfast is amazing, banana pancakes with chocolate or honey. Coffee and tea available all day. Host family is awesome, very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and probably would have extended more but after something a little nicer for the price by this point!

You get what you pay for, Very cheap for 120K a night. It bed was clean. Friendly owner. I recommend this if you're not going to stay in your room and you just want to explore and comeback after dinner. You will need a scooter though, so if you're always gonna hang in the main town which is Kuta, i suggest you get a place there instead and save your time driving back and forth.

The sink was not working.

The bed was comfortable, the place is really peaceful and the pancakes in the morning were really good. The owner was really helpful and I was able to rent a scooter there. Would recommend.

What a hidden gem! Truly the kindest family running the homestay, they will help you with everything you need. Tea and coffee whenever you want and a banana pancake for breakfast. Perfect central spot to travel East or West for surf and really great Warungs within 50m walk. They even have a connivence store on the property. We ended up extending our stay for 2 weeks!

When i take shower i can see about 3 worms. In the bed also have like ant. During morning, cannot take shower as no water. Need to knock owner house. After that is okay but too slow

There was an issue with ants building a colony under the bed, no matter how many times we swept them outside, more showed up. Hopefully this is taken care of properly soon. There aren't screens on the windows, and there are decorative cut outs in the wall that allow critters to come in but they are harmless Shower has some trouble draining Location is a bit far out of town (30 min walk) but only 5 minutes by scooter No AC, just a fan. The room gets hot during the day and doesn't cool down

The host is very king and accommodating- arranged scooters for us and taught us how to drive them! There is free instant coffee and tea all the time Nice banana crepes are made for breakfast each morning Strong wifi
