These spacious apartments are located above a brand-new shopping mall that features several excellent restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the units are set back from noisy roads.

We stayed at Beachwalk Residence for three nights as a family of four (two children, aged 10 and 5). We booked a two-bedroom suite on the first floor of the complex, which is actually the second floor of the building above the Beachwalk Mall. We really liked everything. The apartments are spacious, clean, modernly decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, TVs, safes, towels, bathrobes, toiletries. A separate plus is the presence of two full bathrooms with a shower and toilet, which is especially convenient for a family. The location is excellent. The exit from the residence leads directly to the shopping center with shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas. The beach is just a couple of minutes' walk away, you just need to cross the road. There you can rent sun loungers, umbrellas or take surfing lessons. The area is very lively and touristically developed: it is easy to find where to eat, walk or shop. It is also convenient that the hotel is located near the international airport of Denpasar - the journey took less than half an hour. For active guests - there is a promenade with a cobblestone path nearby, ideal for jogging or walking. The hotel staff left only positive impressions - polite, friendly and always ready to help. Features worth considering: the shopping center is open from 10:00 to 22:00, so the rest of the time access to the apartments is through a separate entrance from the street. This did not cause us any inconvenience. Bottom line: an excellent choice for a family holiday in the center of Kuta. Combines comfortable accommodation, excellent location and quality service. Recommended!

- There is no in house spa/massage. - The walk to the beach has to go through a mall that is not open 24 hrs. During off hours w hade to walk through meandering driveways/road.

Up to date apartment unit with in room microwave, washer and dryer. Very convenient, lots of room for a family of 5. Long private patio and there was even an extra working room with toilet. Awesome.

Hotel receptions and guest services were excellent. Very pleasant to deal with and acceded to my request for late checkout. Daily housekeeping were great and neat.

One of the showers had a clog drain but the staff came and quickly fixed it immediately!

Stunning and clean 3br apartment, in a very central location. Located in a shopping center and right next to the beach, everything is in arms reach! We were here for a sudden overnight stay due to a flight cancellation but the place lifted out spirits. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice.

Aircon was noisy and light shone through cupboard in second bedroom. Reported and was fixed straight away but made for one sleepless night.

A proper light in the kitchen would be a big improvement. It's dark and gloomy for cooking and eating. A shelf in the shower would be nice too. And a drainage outlet that works too.

Absolutely stunning, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, even the sheets and pillows were top of the range. Beautiful swimming pool and very close to all amenities including a shopping centre and the beach. The staff were also extremely accommodating and kind.
