Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThis is the most instagram vs reality check. Bungalows looks really pretty but it is so diffict to get there, on muddy roads. No other accomidations are there, it is located at the very end of the village.
Everything was new. Hot and cold water was running, very nice. Comfortable bed. The owner was very helpful organizing my sunrise Batur hike and even helping me with my bike.

AustraliaThe bathroom was full of mould. We had come to this villa at the last minute as I'd become really sick being in a mouldy vehicle on a tour and couldn't make it back to Amed. Unfortunately, the room only made me sicker due to the mould (and not being able to open the doors for airflow due to the huge number of flies), so we had to leave the room after less than 2 hours and find somewhere else. There is no opening window, fan, or ventilation in toilet/bathroom/shower.
The staff were lovely, the bedroom and outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.

I just stay for take a shower and then leave the property. nobody was there when we arrived. I called the contact number and it was a kid came to meet us and took us to the room. not recommended.

If you want to climb Mt. Batur the location is perfect. The room rate was extremely reasonable and the owner very helpful, who can also organise for you a guide to climb with or bring you to a viewing point in a 4x4 for an additional cost.

Russia-The door couldn’t be closed! It just moves to the side giving access to everything inside. We were very worried to leave our laptops inside when we went to Batur at night. This is just not an adequate safety level, especially in case nobody of the staff is at the place and all the doors are wide open.
