Everything feels slimy walls and floor, mosquito do get into the room and there were a heap of bugs inside the room when I arrived

Really noisy in the morning from the construction work so you get woken up early. Room is maybe a little overpriced for how basic it is. You need a bike to get anywhere from here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can buy water from reception for 10k which is nice. Room is basic but has everything you need for a few days, comfy bed and good pressured shower. Fairly close for surfing Uluwatu and near some good places to eat.

Check in staff was rude. No breakfast/dinner. Also no sunchairs or sunloungers. Had to sunbathe on the ground.

The rooms had a strong smell that we couldn’t identify, they didn’t have spare rooms so we had to stay and deal with it.

Nice enough but pretty big standard room don’t expect anything fancy. No windows in our room so was quite dark. The whole place seemed quite tired.

The room was just dark, there were some moskitos in the room but very few, so the door was better than in many other places I‘ve been. I thought it was too expensive for what was on offer. They had a nice pool, but some meters away it was a bit trashy (motor oil, some garbage nobody seemed to take care of) so therefore the price was too elevated

The pool was nice. The closeness to Pura Luhur Uluwatu and Nyang Nyang beach. A beautiful area.

The lack of a restaurant was inconvenient but not a deal breaker as there were many great warungs only minutes from the homestay.

The room was basic but comfortable. The air con worked well. Because of breeze blocks above the door and in the bathroom, mosquitos could get in but the mozzie net over the bed was an absolute necessity but it worked very well.

way out of town. too far to walk and very difficult at times to get grab/ Gojek. we were waiting 1 hour in uluwatu to get taxi home. card machine broken so had to pay by cash. really need to rent a bike.

Unfortunately, even though it was mentioned in our booking, breakfast was not available here, but the next Warung wasn’t far away so that shouldn’t be a deal breaker!

Alright place if you need a bed and a shower on a budget. Be aware that the bathroom only is seperated by a curtain (definitely added up to our experience as a couple lol). The pool is nice and clean and you’ve got a shared terrace.

Very bad wifi. Construction till 9pm on most nights. No place to relax due to construction on your doorstep and noise. Some lights not working. Very disappointing stay altogether.

The experience wasn’t like the images, we felt a bit deceived by it when we arrived. Booking said we were getting a deal but apparently that’s the normal price in the place. There was a big construction site within the space. The rooms smelled of sewage and had no windows.

Had some insects nesting close to the door and had some wholes carved in the walls of the room and bathroom so they could enter. Also, there’s construction ongoing nearby.

The property was ok, booked somewhat late so we really thought it was the best option at an affordable price. Pool looks great but it is pretty small, didn’t end up swimming after all.
