Location of the place, the bed was really good and also the breakfast included. You clearly living inside the place of local people.

The fact that there is no constant hot shower. When I arrived, the trash were not out in my room.

Great hospitality

The neighboring rooster call to each other all day and at night. Def need good earplugs at night but during the day it's pretty constant.

The staff, the location and the beds

I this place for 3 nights although checked out after the 1st night. Pros: The owner is vey nice and responsive prior to the booking and also during the stay. It is well located in a quiet street but couple of mins walk to the busy parts of the city. It is in a traditional ballnese house with al the elements of a traditional home. The balcony is looking at beautiful trees.

Cons: The room is sufficient but can use more cleaning. The white mosquito net looked grey from the dust, there were egg shells on the side table from previous guest breakfast and table cloth was stained from tea/cofee. Hot water was not working in the shower. The yard had a lot of items and didn’t look tightly or organized at all. Due to all the above, I didn’t feel comfortable to stay more than one night.

Genuine real Balinese family staff and compound

Bathroom had a water leak. Hot water intermittent. 2 loud roosters.

I can’t say too much because we only stayed here for one night. The breakfast is simple, nothing special, and it’s served on the terrace in front of the room. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom could use a bit of renovation. The location is good, close to the area with restaurants and the market.

The place is a nice homestay, the family who runs it is very nice and you have the breakfast included in your room.

Unfortunately the bathroom and shower seem a bit old and not with enough pressure to flush, there's a lot of rooster in the property beside so you will hear them all daaay long and really early in the morning, they give you earplugs but anyway its not enough.

The staff were lovely and the beds very comfortable. Good location near monkey forest and nice warungs close by. Beautiful view upstairs. Great value for money

Great little Homestay in the centre of Ubud. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, cafés. Owners were lovely and helpful. Good price for a 3 night stay.

it's extremely noisy, the roaster next door kept waking me up constantly through the night, at 1am, 3am, 5am etc ended up having to go somewhere else

Room was so nice and clean and such a big and comfortable bed. The ladies working here were so lovely and welcoming and having breakfast delivered to your door in the morning at the time you request was simply amazing, getting to enjoy it on the privacy of your own balcony. Super convenient central location. I had a lovely stay and would recommend. Such amazing value for money!

Only down side was not having hot water in the shower but that’s okay!

The staff is so nice, whatever needs you have they accomodate them starting from laundry to early breakfast. Amazing stay!!

Budget accommodation in a tourist area But there is no hot water heater.

Clean, rather calm. Host was very considerate and positive.
