Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GermanyI can’t say too much because we only stayed here for one night. The breakfast is simple, nothing special, and it’s served on the terrace in front of the room. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom could use a bit of renovation. The location is good, close to the area with restaurants and the market.

New ZealandUnfortunately the bathroom and shower seem a bit old and not with enough pressure to flush, there's a lot of rooster in the property beside so you will hear them all daaay long and really early in the morning, they give you earplugs but anyway its not enough.
The place is a nice homestay, the family who runs it is very nice and you have the breakfast included in your room.

Room was so nice and clean and such a big and comfortable bed. The ladies working here were so lovely and welcoming and having breakfast delivered to your door in the morning at the time you request was simply amazing, getting to enjoy it on the privacy of your own balcony. Super convenient central location. I had a lovely stay and would recommend. Such amazing value for money!

The staff are absolutely wonderful!! The room is really great quality for the price, I was so surprised. It has lovely tree views over the balcony which was so nice to wake up to. The shower has good hot water (I see a lot of reviews for other places in the area do not have hot water!). And the breakfast included is also very nice!

The big balcony is a nice place for breakfast, which is prepared by the family (nice scrambled eggs on toast and coffee). The location is very central to sights and activities.
