My wife and I found the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable

The staff were excellent, especially the checking staff and the breakfast staff..the swimming pools were beautiful and the veiw over the ocean

Niece hotel by the sea front. Close to the airport and in Kuta centre. Good place to relax for a few days. Good hotel restaurants.

Not the hotel’s fault but there is a lot of construction at the beachfront. Gym equipment needs investing in.

There's nothing i didn't like about the resort. Close to the shopping mall. Maybe just the beach was really not for swimming right in front of the resort.

I love the resort 😍 it's very clean and comfortable, and I loved the gardens. We had dinner at the resort multiple times, and the food was perfect. I loved the pool areas and the masage every day. Very curties staff and very friendly. I will stay here over and over again. No complaints whatsoever 👌. The room was lovely spacious and comfortable.

There is construction currently happening at the beachfront so no direct access from the hotel. Temporarily this is a negative however once reopened there isn't much bad to say about this place!

Great value resort. Lots of onsite restaurants (all great). Pool was lovely and accessible for all. Swim up bar and seating in the pool was a bonus! Staff are so welcoming and especially good with babies.

The beds/pillows could be more comfortable, but they’re acceptable.

Absolutely fantastic stay for 6 nights (2 families with kids) with not a single complaint. Great facilities and swimming pools, 6 different restaurants, amazing staff, good location close to the beach and all amenities (shops, pharmacies, atm). Would stay again in future without a doubt.

Found the beds uncomfortable & squeaky. Would stay again - was worried about the stereotypical Aussie drunk tourists but it wasn't that evident at this hotel, some load girls in the corridor late in the first night & a couple of rawdy ones by the pool but that was it.

Good breakfast options however due to queues for the egg station we did without & that was eating around 8am! Lovely staff. Great location, on the edge of everything, nice walk along the beach foe surfing, mall next door & Waterbom across the road. Walk to Garlic Lane. $NZ10 ride to airport. Large family room with handy patio to dry swimmers et outside Good sized bathroom. We stayed 3 nights & ended up eating at various restaurants of the hotel each night, good variety & prices were okay. Good pools & had no sunbed issues! Loved the departure lounge to shower before late flight & ability to relax in the Koru Lounge as well (we did Waterbom on last day with a 10pm flight, worked really well).

Well situated in a small village with lovely restaurants in walking distance. The property is tranquil with a great vibe thanks to the efforts of owner Thomas and staff who were very helpful with all requests for local tours and transportation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with breakfast delivered to your own personal patio. On Sunday mornings there is a local market out the front of the hotel not to be missed if you are keen on delving into local Indonesia life and culture.

Breakfast was a little dull, not a heap of variety. But not bad just not the best.

Amazing family room with bunks, the restaurant is amazing such good food. Pool was nice and warm and who doesn’t love a swim up bar.
