The hotel was a slice of paradise , with birds flying around , palm trees and beautiful views xx as a solo traveler it was very easy for me , they even helped me book a car for my next trip . Was a great experience

Wasn’t easy to get a driver for a quick trip around the area. Had to have driver for 5 hour rate- even if we only wanted a 2 hour drive. Nothing much within walking distance.

Only downside is that the transport company they work with has somewhat outdated cars.

The (small) resort was stunning: from the meticulous gardens, the wonderful restaurant, the spacious villas and fabulous infinity pools. Staff are some of the most professional we’ve seen in Bali. The views are right from a postcard. As we had been to Bali many times, the location in (unspoiled) East Bali was perfect to explore this beautiful and often overlooked part of the island.

The accommodation is quite isolated. Good for rest, only difficult to have dinner else than the hotel restaurant. The food was good, however the prices were quite steep relative to other places in Bali. The staff is friendly but really curious about every step you take. It feels like you be watched. Nevertheless, good place to take rest and enjoy the east part of Bali

I really enjoyed sitting in the breakfast area, nonetheless I found the breakfast itself a bit small and blunt for my taste, although I have to admit that the presentation was fantastic and I really liked the oatmeal pancakes so I recommend to try those.

The hotel is super nice and situated in a beautiful location. I really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing neighborhood, after a few days in Ubud it was very welcomed change of a pace. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and had a backyard with a hammock (perfect to read a book in the evenings or watch the sky). The staff was very friendly and helpful, one day we wanted to rent a scooter and it was organized for us quickly and with no issues. The view from the pool in the adults-only area is absolutely stunning: you can see the mountain and the rice fields (it's were the King Suites are). Wonderful place to stay in Karangasem!

In such a beautiful tranquil location, we found music in the pool area unnecessary and it spoiled what should have been a relaxing experience

The friendly, courteous staff bent over backwards to make our stay most enjoyable. The breakfasts were the highlight of each day, with views of enchanting Mt Agung enhancing the delightful culinary experience.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Best Boutique Hotel in Bali From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The warmest, kindest people welcomed us—just when I thought Changu had the friendliest locals, this place proved me wrong tenfold. The hotel is set in breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful nature, offering complete serenity. The property is vast, quiet, and incredibly well-maintained. The service? We got a free upgrade and our bungalow in the adults only area was really stunning. Except from the mosques nearby (that can be heard quite well, but we didn’t mind) a really peaceful and beautiful place. Great staff. Will go back soon

It is a little bit hard to get to other restaurants near the hotel.

Firstly the staff are exceptional and extremely attentive but also friendly. The rooms are absolutely lovely and situated in a stunning location to get a beautiful view of Agung. We wanted a chill location after a few busy weeks traveling and this place was perfect. We will be back 😃
