They don't have a rack to hang wet towels. The pool is not that clean. Guess, with the sea right in front of you, better to dip in sea instead. Seems like they also have long term guest

The Pool area and Wall could do with a wee bit of a spruce up in the future.

Balian Paradise Hotel is a little gem nestled just behind the main Balian Beach which is about 200meters walk. The hotel itself is basic but clean and very comfortable for the price. The rooms are minimalistic but have all the necessary comforts, bed with clean and fresh linen, fridge, kettle, great aircon, TV (netflix etc etc), bathroom. The pool area is small but adequate and is a delightful reprieve on those hot days when a quick cool down is a must!!. The restaurant attached to the hotel does basic meals nasi and mie goreng etc.....the Nasi in particular according to my travel buddys is the best they have tasted!! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly at all times, no request is a bother for any of them. A lovely little hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the main bali areas.....dont expect fancy, but you will get a good base to come home to of an evening after exploring all the wonderful things on offer in the area. Highly recommend.

I appreciated that the manager helped organise a scooter rental and even followed me to where to get petrol, as I wasn’t sure where to go. However, I was quite surprised when he helped translate and he said I would be charged 60k for just 2 litres of petrol, a price well above the local standard. It felt disappointing, especially as I was staying at the hotel. I had hoped for a more honest and welcoming experience, but overall the staff came across as rather unfriendly.

Chill vibes all around at Balian Paradise Hotel! We stayed here during our cycling trip and it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The rooms are big, comfy, and clean — plenty of space to spread out after a long day. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile. The beach is just a short walk away, and the area has a cool surfer-town feel without being too crowded. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot near the ocean with good energy and great hospitality, this is it. Definitely a solid stop for surfers, cyclists, or anyone wanting to unwind by the sea!

The pool area could be improved. The pool was a bit dirty and the area itself should be neater.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, hot water in the shower. Simple rooftop. Close to the beach. Pool available. Breakfast was nice (you can choose from few options).

We loved our stay but these things would make it even better: -The mattress was huge and comfortable enough, but you could feel the springs a little bit, a mattress protector or topper would be nice. -There was no hairdryer. -Hand soap and a hand towel towel were not provided. -The bathroom was clean, but the toilet and basin were a little old and stained.

The pool was beautiful to relax around and swim in. The room and bed was a good large size. The pillows were comfortable and good quality. The towels were good quality. Bu Wayan and the girls did a fantastic job of providing breakfast. I have dietary requirements that they were so happy to accomodate. My husband tried all the different breakfast options and enjoyed them all. All the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. The area is quiet and so close to the beach and the best restaurant/cafes. It is the best value for money we have stayed in in Bali, we would definitely stay again.

For a budget hotel this place ticked all of the boxes. The rooms were cleaned every day, plus, mini fridge, small touches like a bedside table with a small lamp and an electrical outlet for phone charging. Good hot water for showering, AC is adequate, breakfast is just ok. Finally, the staff is friendly and helpful, in particular, Rina took care of all of my requests, with a smile.

Nice hotel in Balian beach. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good size room. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Aircon good. Breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel . Parking in front of hotel for my car was tight but managed to get parking both days. Staff were helpful in moving other vehicles.

TV was really small so looked not much bigger than your phone when sitting 3 metres away. It was a bit hit and miss as it was using wifi. The 4 options for breakfast that was included with my room rate were Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Eggs with toast and Pancakes with Icecream and chocolate sauce! I think something with some fruit should be added as an option.

Good value hotel close to the beach and Balian restaraunts. Quiet location away from any traffic.

Hot water wasn't working.

The staff are great, very attentive and help resolve solutions where they can. Clean your room daily and help with issues you have well. The hot water was broken and they compensated for the inconvenience.
