Arsa is the best. Typical balinese hospitality and friendliness. He was super helpful and available. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back to this villa.

Met by caretaker Arsa - showed us around the premises and explained everything very well He was very happy to book transport and spa treatment, even drove me to the salon. All staff were very nice

The outdoor kitchen/ bar could've had a few more utensils and more crockery available. Lighting was low in the bathroom and a couple more hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Was like a palace and the grounds are gorgeous. Location is the best in Balian. Pool was magic. Arsa our manager was amazing. We love love loved!

the walk way back to the villa could do with some lighting so you are not using your phones light to see where you are going. Maybe add a small bar fridge in the room although a fridge was available outside at the pool

The villa itself feels a little bit dated and faded, nothing that detracted from the experience (we're keen to come back!) but more that it could be just that much better with a bit of a refresh. Linen felt a bit musty and old or like it was stored somewhere damp.

Great location, super quiet but an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Lovely view from the room (the 1 bedroom villa) and the pool. Having a sound system built in for listening in the pool was great. Arsa (who looked after the Villas) was super kind and helpful, bought us cold coconut water, arranged a motorbike and massages and gave great tips where to visit with the bike. The rice paddies inland were spectacular.

The property was beautiful, well looked after and in a great location. Arsa was hand when required to assist with enquiries. Stayed in one bedroom villa and friends stayed in the other villa. Can't fault the whole experience of staying in this property.

The Villa is beginning to be run down and needs maintenance to keep it in the best condition. It is a fading beauty. For the price we would expect a better equipped house. For example, the kitchen did not have enough cutlery and crockery. The two cups provided were chipped and there were no serving bowls. That said, Asa provided us with the things we needed. The internet connection was poor and we were unable to access Netflix. There was no hairdryer and the towels were worn and stained. The cost of the Villa is comparatively very high and therefore a more generous and comprehensive equipped Villa would be appropriate. It is such a wonderful location and the house deserves more care and attention.
