Our shower didn’t work, we mentioned this twice to staff but nothing happened. The pool tiles cut open my leg a couple times due to being loose / sharp edges / broken

It's nice to stay there. But there are not chaps tok at the room and bathroom. Difficult to hanging something like clothes, towel etc while took a bath.

It is a bit deteriorated and the bathroom could be renovated, or at least have the water from the sink not run through the floor. It feels a bit too cheap not to have proper plumbing. I am okay with basic infrastructure, but this was a bit too basic. I also didn’t like that there were no mosquito nets on the windows or a big mosquito net for the bed.

Air con is very weak, making it hard to sleep.Also, a noisy pump overnight. Rooms tried and in need a freshen up. Mold on the bathroom walls and the door into Bathroom hard to open and close.

Staff were lovely, very helpful 😊 They got me a room fan as the AirCon was weak.

The room door and the balcony door wouldn't't really lock, lots of ants, lots of hair on the ground when we moved in. AC didn't really do a good job of cooling the room.

The lack of airflow in the room, only a fan, usually that's fine for me, but the room I had was underneath a metal roof, which got really hot. I could also choose Mountain View or ocean view or 1st or second floor and I opted for mountain view and 2nd floor and I got a room downstairs, wall view. That's ok but not if you got to choose an option and were excited about it, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. The breakfast included is ok if you get the pancake, the toast wasn't ok for me, quality of the bread and amount of jam was poor. Just so you know if you book here don't expect luxury; the price is obviously low and in that case in understand it, but you can't be a princess and book here you won't last. I was ok, just a bit disappointed bc I had expectations that were different than the reality; I won't book this anymore, mainly bc. the room lacks airflow. Everything else I can deal with.

Building poorly maintained, there was an exposed electric socket in the bedroom, no other electric socket available. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom.

There was a fan right next to the bed, super dusty - con't want that next to my face while sleeping. A lot of ants, and I usually have a good tolerance. General cleanliness was average. Budget room has no AC and no hot water so I had to upgrade. In the end my upgraded room ran out of hot water anyway. The bed cover was a single layer sheet, not a duvet - fine for hot climates in general, but I prefer to be cosy so it's not for me.

The walls are disgusting, they were painted last time soo long ago I guess. I chose a better category of room, the price wasn’t so cheap, but it didn’t help. There were a lot of huge ants. Sometimes even on my bed. I also thought that in this category rooms are only upstairs, cause I saw a sea view on the photos. But no — I had one downstairs, no view, and very dark, and if you pull curtains aside everyone can see you on their way to the pool and beach. I hate dark rooms, so it was very disappointing. And “the best”. Toilet didn’t flush. And hygienic shower was leaking all the time, so there were puddles all over the floor. I told staff about it, they promised to fix it next day, but of course they didn’t— no one even asked anything the next day, no one even tried. I mean guys are polite and nice, but they sooo don’t care about your problems.

Swimming pool with a good view, nice beach is right at the area — no waves and the water is so clean. You also can rent a mask and flippers for snorkelling. Breakfast was plain, but good.

The WiFi connection was either very weak or non-existent whilst in the room.

I stayed in room P2, a "delux" room with a sea and swimming pool view.The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and working air conditioner (set to a minimum of 24°C). The view from the balcony was very nice. The shower had very low water pressure, so it was a case of either waiting for the pressure to suddenly and randomly increase or wash under whatever water came out. It was better in some areas of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual pancake, Bali coffee, and modest portion of fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon) or two slices of white bread, some butter, and jam. The staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful. The hotel grounds were well maintained, as well as the very small yet welcomed swimming pool.

Cleaning was quite bad, I had to ask to change the room and then second room was not super clean but it was okey, the door of the toilet couldn't be closed, so bit uncomfortable as we were two in the room
