There was a lot of maintenance required around the property. The linen was marked and towels had holes.

The main pool was good with a good view over the sea. The location was central with shops and restaurants nearby. Also a small beach around the corner which was secluded.

The bungalows are in need of a bit of maintenance. Lightbulbs need replacing in room and bedside lamp. Toilet seat broken. We had no hot water the first night. They fixed the problem promptly giving us at least warm ish water for the rest of our stay. Room had a lot of cobwebs etc. the cupboard was broken and couldn’t be opened. No fridge or safe in the room. Only 1 bottle of water on arrival, not replaced daily. Would be great to have a table in the bathroom to put your things on. There is also a massive resort building right next to bungalows.

Fantastic pool with unbeatable view. Extremely close to Mushroom Bay. Quiet location. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked very well. Great friendly staff. Very simple breakfast included

Construction next doors, the rooms are older and sheets have stains, bugs and big spiders in the room.

The sheet on my bed had a little hole but smelled well. The entrance to the hotel was old, actually everything there was dated. My room was huge but it needs to be painted.

The view from my deluxe bungalow was beautiful. The view from the pool and restaurant was breathtaking. Garden was very nice and cleaned well every morning.

It's a great little hotel with a lot of potential. It's obviously recovering from covid. The staff were excellent.it was a great place to relax and chill out.

It clearly needed some maintenance but didn’t affect our stay.

Rooms were comfortable and clean - and lovely, reflecting the Balinese culture. The dining area was wonderful, overlooking the water, lovely breeze.

The restaurant food was super basic, we didn't dine there much but we were grateful for the included breakfast and yummy juices. Only one staff member had good English skills. The restaurant toilets were not serviced enough, but given the standard of toilets we saw elsewhere (can't compare asian style with western standards), this wasn't the worst. It did smell of urine and have fruit flys hanging around. The room itself had quirks, an open manhole in the ceiling, loose plumbing fittings, strange area where a bathtub might have been once, hot water didn't work.

The views and the location were great! The room was spacious and clean and had a great balcony for sea views (we were upstairs) and we had the choice of a fan and/or Aircon. It was a short walk to the shop, mushroom bay, ATMs, restaurants, tour operators, scooter rental, yoga, secret beach. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We enjoyed the pool area. The wifi was in working order. We enjoyed the quirks of the place which we felt were accounted for in the price of the room, even so I will list them in the "things we didn't like" section so as to give people fair warning.

Entrance to Hotel very off putting…. Needs a clean up…. (Once around the corner and in the facility it was fine). Showers were either cold or boiling.. zero in between. No coat hangers. No room furniture apart from a bed. Limited menu or drinks. (Next door had these so ok). Did not have card facility, lucky we had cash………

Location on the bay. Short walk to variety or restaurants, massage spas, shops, Rooms were pleasant. Gardens and pool beautiful. View over the bay beautiful. Great sized room. Pleasant staff.
