United KingdomShower was not easy to change the temperature and sometimes had to have a cold shower or risk being burnt with scalding water. Food in the restaurant wasn’t so good. As a vegetarian, I had little choice. After having the worst margarita pizza I’ve ever had the first night - we ate out after that. Location is on a busy road so not a pleasant walk. Also the beach outside - looked nice but saw no-one swimming. There was a lot of litter on the beach. None of this spoilt our stay.
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were so lovely - helpful and kind. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Pool was great - we had it to ourselves a lot in the morning. The whole place had a relaxed happy vibe.

AustraliaThe location is quite a way from 'the action' of Jalan Mawar, about 3 kms, but absolute beachfront.
The simple layout of the hotel was different, and made a change from the confusion of some. The bed was comfortable, aircon efficient, and wife reliable and fast. The included breakfast had a good selection, and an egg bar.

AustraliaBeds were awful. In saying that they did give us another mattress which made the bed a little more comfortable. Beach is an absolute disgrace. So much litter you wouldn’t dare swim in it. It was disgusting. Breakfast was lacking and hot food cold most mornings.
Loved the look of the place. Staff as always make for a great stay. Grounds were very pretty and well maintained.

AustraliaWhen booking a snorkelling tour to Deer island the receptionist organised through another operator and they charged us each 750000Rp. Everywhere else the cost was 450000rp for exactly the same tour with inclusions.When questioned regarding the increased cost , the receptionist said through the hotel was a lot more . We felt ripped off and cheated as an extra 300000 rp per person ( almost double the actual cost ) was way too much

United StatesWifi didn’t work in our rooms, had to go to the lobby. The bathroom was hot - like an oven, which added ambient heat to our room. It made it challenging for our air conditioner to keep our room cool in the evening. Even though our villa was set back from the main road, we could still hear the motor cycles at night.
The property was situated on the beach close to the guide boats to see the dolphins. The villas are spread out so there is privacy. The property is well maintained and clean. There is staff always on hand to assist with any needs.

MaltaFurniture is very old , walls has a-lot of cracks and needs to be painted. Some items like the fridge needs to be changed it’s very old.
The staff were very welcoming and nice with us. The resort outside is very nice however inside the rooms need refurbishments. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms with AC.

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of cupboard space etc. The outdoor shower was lovely. The Balinese decor of the room and overall of the hotel looked beautiful and well maintained. It was just a step onto the beach from the pool. We had a buffet breakfast first morning and A La Carte second morning, both very nice and dinner at the restaurant first night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay at the Bali Taman again

IndonesiaThe food wise, food quality, taste and selections has space for improvement esp breakfast. It's affordable but I prefer to pay bit more with a nice selection of breakfast and menu list. The first room I stayed in had a very strong odour I think because it hasn't been used so I paid more for other rooms.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location, room ( I do upgrade the room) The room that I upgraded is very spacious and has back lounge space.

NetherlandsConstruction at the private beach in front of the hotel. You can’t lay at the beach or swim there. Though the hotel offered a free shuttle incl pickup to the beach of Lovina, around 15 min drive.
