United KingdomThe pool area is beautiful but quite small, not much room to relax by it as there's only 2 beds, instead of the gym it would be better to have a sunbathing terrace as all the hotels own most of Nusa Dua beach front. Quite noisy when people are walking around above, top floor rooms are better for couples.
The hotel is very big, clean and welcoming, rooms are huge and the staff are all AMAZING!!! The best customer service we've had. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant food is extremely good and reasonably priced.

We had taken a junior room to be a little more comfortable, but unfortunately there was an extreme room smell in the room, which bothered me a lot since I was pregnant. We called the staff and asked them to turn off the room smell, they checked, I think it was from the air conditioner, the hotel manager offered us a room upgrade free of charge and we quickly moved to a duplex suite. The room was incredibly beautiful, there was no smell, it had a kitchen and living room downstairs, a very large bedroom and balcony upstairs. The pool was perfect. The open buffet breakfast was also very sufficient and nice. The hotel manager asked us every chance he got if everything was okay and suggested very nice swimming beaches to us. All staff was really warm and helpful.

The rooms were great, with large comfortable beds. The WiFi and air-conditioning worked perfectly. We loved the pool and how close it was to the beach and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and always very helpful. The hotels restaurant was exceptional and we also visited their sister restaurant which was also great. We had breakfast included and it was a great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and was changed up every day. We would definitely stay here again.
