Staff are always friendly. room was great

Paid for Breakfast and on 1 day had buffet. anything else you wanted you had to pay for.

Staff were so accommodating , the most caring, respectful , honest and helpful people I will always come here and stay . The restaurant was extremely convenient, great location and great prices , was always greeted with the biggest smile from the reception desk staff , the young 16 year old was the sweetest boy I’ve ever meet , and I’m looking forward to coming back to see them all again as my son and I were treated like family , we enjoyed walking into our room when it had been cleaned to find the creations they made with towels on our bed it always made us laugh . Would highly recommend this place

Staff were always helpful! Helped organise transport and arrange for a bedroom upgrade. My partner and I had a wonderful time exploring Bali. The hotel is so central! Everything is within walking distance, there's great shops and attractions nearby. Definitely would recommend for short and long stays for all travellers!

Smaller hotel which was nice, very central 5 mins walk to beach. Staff accommodating when we asked to move rooms.

Breakfast was really very good. Hotel location excellent. Staff were absolutely amazing ... so friendly, so happy & so welcoming :)

Bed not so comfortable :(

The staff were amazing, the room was lovely. The gardens were well maintained and very pretty, I got a late check out for a great price.

The bathrooms were a little run down and the shower hose was rusty

Ambiance, location and staff are perfect.

The sink in my room was clogged and bathroom has a bit of drainage smell.

The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. She offered a room upgrade after the first night but I left anyway

Take the photos offline. Nothing like the room I had. It was small, Tv didn’t work properly and couldn’t watch it.

This was my second stay in 10 day period. I stayed in a Deluxe room the week before and a standard this time. The hotel facilities and breakfast were the same-excellent. There was a little difference in the standards of the rooms - the Deluxe was cleaner (walls) and sliding doors to balcony. The walls in standard were a bit marked and a door to the balcony but the room was still fine. I would stay in the standard again. About 60,000rp difference. All staff (reception, breakfast, cleaners, yard) are exceptional in service. Location excellent. I would definitely stay again

It’s proximity to Kuta Beach, souvenir shops and Dewa Fitness Gym.

English can still be hard to understand by some staff despited being hospitable.

The shower room floor is higher than the floor in the bedroom, when we took a shower, flood was everywhere. Be cautious when check in your room.

Close of the airport. Easy when you arrive late at night. Rooms was big and we had all we needed.

Bed sheets were stained and pillows didn’t smell great but we were there for only one night so it wasn’t to bad.

The bathroom was disgusting, no hot water, rusty taps and shower fittings, tiles grimy. Plug sockets were filthy. Room very dated. When we told reception we were told that it was because we had booked a standard room. We looked at our booking and all we could find was that we had booked a twin room. Would NOT recommend this place to anybody. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The lights in the room were all operated by a switch near the door, when switched off there was no electricity, so could not charge appliances overnight.

Clean, close to everything,cheap and comfortable. Easy one way street to cross. 5 minutes to the beach. Nice big pool. Good breakfast and nice cheap restaurant. Stayed here many time and we keep coming back.

All good, maybe update TV to include Steaming service.

Excellent location in the centre of Kuta and easy walk to beach. Room clean, average size. Excellent wifi, TV ( many English channels), quiet AC, fridge, kettle, hot water, toiletries. Set breakfast choices but tasty & well presented. Good pool set in lovely garden surroundings. Staff - excellent, friendly & helpful & always wanting to please. I can’t find any fault with hotel. And you can hire scooter across road from hotel - very convenient

Location was great. Close to beach and walking distance to most things I was interested in doing. Staff were very helpful and polite. Little restaurant attached was also an added bonus. Good value for money.

Shower was tricky to get the temperature right and the pressure wasnt amazing.

The room was spatious, modern and really clean. The staff was friendly, the garden and the pool are nice and the position is really close to the center and to many restaurants and bars.
