The hotel is quite old and outdated: stains on the walls and furniture. The breakfast is very limited. During check-in, the staff insisted on keeping my passport until I didn't clear the bill. This was quite a shock taking into consideration that we changed 6 accomodations during this trip to Bali and nowhere experienced this kind of approach. The booking had my credit card credentials attached, so I wouldn't run away without paying. Not coming back for sure.

The staff and the facility was great. The hotel was very well maintained. The beda were not so comfy but it wasnt terrible. What made the stay was the staff and the pool. The pool boys are so hard working and so friendly to our children.

No entertainment for guests in the evening, very quiet (which can be ok for some travellers). Perhaps some show/live music would be good

When we walked into the room, it smelt of mothballs and could see mould on the wall. The bathroom was small there was mould on the shower tiles and up the shower curtain

Stunning Pool with lovely gardens, close to the beach for water sports, the restaurant was excellent with a variety of foods. The room was spacious with an extra large bed and aircon was cold.

My husband and I had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the fabulous swimming pool. Breakfast was acceptable but not too fancy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to please. We had a great stay but missed the closeness and easy access to everything in Kuta/Legian.

Toilet was old and needed to be replaced

The room was nice quiet location. Bathroom quite good toilet was old and should be replaced. Pool was great. Staff were great, especially the ground staff, they would move pool lounges around for people, also notice a client for some reason couldn't adjust the back setting so ground staff did it for her.

The housekeeping staff make really loud noises all day in the hallways. They are all lovely, but they yell and talk really loudly and their trolleys are very noisy, hard to sleep in or have a little arvo nap.

The pool is AMAZING. Really enjoyed going down for beautiful breakfast then laying by the gorgeous pool for a few hours. Lovely and clean too. Upgrade to the deluxe pool view room, super nice.

The bathroom was under our expectations: not clean, worn out. We found it better to took our bath in slippers. Air condition is not really effective.

Nice swimming pool and pool area. It was important for us, because the possibility of swimming is significantly influenced by the tide of the ocean. Breakfast is really good and tasty, many options.

Bathroom has a damp smell. Our room was on the side where there was no sun, so lack of natural light.

Beach front, with watersport options close by. Pool was nice, welcome drink was refreshing. Breakfast was very good. Money exchange rate was good. Beds comfortable. Supplied clothing rack for drying clothes. Courtyard was very nice.

Really enjoyed our stay with BRR. Buffet tyle breakfast was great, the pool was sparklingly clean and very well maintained and our room had a great sized bed that was very comfortable. It was easy to access the water sports which are right on the doorstep. Much better value for money than the more expensive hotels at Nusa Dua Beach which our family stayed at. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with whatever we required, and we had an excellent spa to relax and de-stress when we arrived.

Everyday pancakes would be even better.

Beautiful pool with direct connection to the beach. Makes it very relaxed. Watersport options right in front of you. There is also good possibility to order nice food and drinks.

Just to be picky:- hotel Wi fi not much good also you have to be early to grab a towel and book your poolside or beach sun bed or you miss out, maybe more sun beds would help. Probably make the stay a bit better if there was a gym on site. It’s a jet ski and boating area so can get a smell of diesel fumes every now and then.

The pool was huge plus a kiddies pool, if you are a lap swimmer the pool is ideal, good plenty full breakfast, usual Buffett stuff plus eggs to order, lunch and dinner menu was very reasonably priced. Pool view room was exactly what it says and it was nice and clean, pay the bit extra and get a pool view room. I liked it that all meals and snacks can be delivered to your room, beach or poolside.good that there is a Money changer office on site, own private beach that was cleaned every day, take a punt on the swimming, nice walking/jogging track along the beach. Always got a biscuit with a Latte(not bad coffee). All the staff are always very helpful 😊

Vegan breakfast options more variety please and then labelled. Greater awareness of what ‘vegan’ means by the staff (it’s NOT vegetarian) especially in the kitchen. No gym.

The pool is enormous, the drinks at the little beach bar were great. Some variety at breakfast (for vegans…could do better there though). The beds (although 2 beds pushed together) was huge. Late checkout was great and they organised a breakfast box for us, despite asking for this late at night.

I had no hot water in my deluxe pool view room that I paid extra for😞 we could also not swim in the ocean in front of our resort as it was polluted 😞
