Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Australiafor what one gets very overpriced, the hotel is getting old. The swimming pool only suitable for children ? I am a constant visitor to Bali, and this was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, and I dont think I would ever stay there again
It was a nice Balinese setting. the breakfast food was ok, and the egg section was excellent. The staff were so friendly and the hotel is in the area like.

AustraliaI asked the hotel to help organise a taxi for us and they just pointed us to a man standing there. The night prior, the staff had said they would call a bluebird taxi for us but this didn’t happen. We went with him since the hotel seemed to recommend him, but I’m pretty sure he overcharged us. Staff the night before seemed helpful, staff the next day were a bit dismissive. Pillows on the bed are very thick and solid. My husband likes a softer pillow so he ended up using a towel.
Excellent location. Our flight came in after midnight and it was only a short taxi ride to get there. Lovely aesthetic, not too big or crowded, very peaceful. Only a few minutes’ walk to Waterbom waterpark, which was a great family activity. Great buffet breakfast.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were able to take our request for adjoining rooms at late notice. Staff were very accommodating and tried to help wherever possible. Restaurant at front of hotel was nice.

AustraliaBreakfast had Only cow milk. I'd appreciate 1 sort of other milk. The family room is a bit outdated but the double rooms are nice and have probably been updated not long ago. The personnel was nice. They offered 3 bottles of water per day, but I would have preferred a fountain like in other places/hotels. We could not fill our kids bottles at the breakfast, which seems a bit extreme.
The pool is great, with a pool for kids and toys to play with. Lots of rooms are on the ground floor directly on the pool level, which is very nice with the kids. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. 3 beds in the family room, which makes it very practical and economical. It is a great place for 1-2 nights before or after your flight to Bali.

Location was amazing, everything is right on your doorstep! Pool area, bar & breakfast buffet was beautiful and staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend paying that little bit extra for the superior rooms - a lot more modern compared to the deluxe. I booked the superior room but they had over booked so I had to stay in a deluxe for my first night but moved me to the superior for my second night. Was worth moving!

AustraliaWhat a great little resort! We were lucky to get an upgraded room right near the pool and this is the perfect location for our holiday. Plenty pool lounges. Staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with a good balance of local and western dishes. Great central location directly across from Discovery Mall.
