The property was right on the beach and the swimming pool area was sublime. The rooms were great and the beds just so comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing and the best omelettes and scrambled eggs ever!! The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive especially Mini who ran the restaurant in the mornings. Solicitous to everyone’s needs, warm, welcoming and making every guest feel that they were very special. Thank you for a magical stay.

I didn’t like the fact that next year we will need to find somewhere else to stay as it is getting completely renovated over the course of 2 years.

A couple more dumbbells in the gym would be useful. The gym was still good though. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay here.

From the moment we arrived, the staff and service was wonderful. Location is perfect - right opposite the beach, everything we needed was only a short walk away. The pool is lovely even though it is heavily chlorinated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with some rotations every day. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly. My daughter got Bali belly on our last day. They were so accomodating and helpful. Contacted a doctor and gave us late check out. Very grateful.

Some maintenance issues in the villa; exterior panelling, doors and light fixtures falling apart. Coffee at breakfast time was the worst I’ve tasted in my life

I would love a small table with 2 chairs so we could eat in room. I would have loved bigger cups in the room and when ordering coffee from cafe, the cups were too small.

Breakfast was not included in the price per night which was disappointing. We were upgraded for our room which was appreciated. The position was ground floor which I requested and appreciated the walk in shower. I can be unsteady on my feet so the little things like this are important. The bed was extremely comfortable and linen was beautiful. Loved the double sink in bathroom. There was a lot of friendly staff and the hotel was very secure. Position was great across the road from beach and lots of restaurants close by. The pools were great too with lots of beds and the staff around the pool were so good. Food was excellent. Loved the general charm of this boutique hotel. Not too big not too small. They have great staff who were happy to accommodate as much as they could.

While the hotel is in a good shape, the hotel rooms are a bit outdated and need an upgrade. The restaurant entertainment is great however the music is a bit loud on the rooms.

Breakfast menu was abundant and varied with multiple options. Kitchen and waitress staff were always so accomodating. The hotel pool and general facilities were great, location was exceptional and easy to go to different places, although Bali traffic is difficult.

My only concern was having to step up into a bath to have a shower. The mat in the bath would slip and thought it was quite dangerous.

The rooms are a bit tired, and the bathrooms especially need updating for the price paid to stay.. No lifts, just stairs, which was fine for us but might put others off. Some rooms run alongside Bhanda next door, so can be a bit noisy if Bhanda music is going. Didn't bother us though.

The location is fantastic: right on the beach and a short walk out the back to all the shops and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet. Good/standard buffet breakfast.
