We appreciate you bringing the shower drainage to our attention, that is a concern and something we will look into. I would not say that it is "almost impossible" to swim, it is the same as any pool, you can see it in various photos on our website. We're delighted to hear our staff described as kind and caring. We are also very happy that you enjoyed the breakfast! We recently added two new options to the breakfast menu but we are always considering new additions and innovations! The cost of extras go to charity supporting young Balinese people with their education. Unfortunately due to the translation I am not sure I understand your feedback regarding the extra charges. Delighted to know that you found the facilities beautiful and cozy, as well as enjoying the large rooms and our central Seminyak location. Yes the suite you've booked is an indoor and outdoor concept. However, all our suites contain a fully sealed indoor area if there are any insect issues. We fog and spray routinely to mitigate the risks of any bugs and mosquitos. It was a pleasure accommodating you! We wish you safe travels and a speedy return to us at Bali Ginger Suites & Villa :)

We love hearing your comment about the "always clean linen". It’s great that you appreciated our peaceful location, yet still found it convenient to access nearby restaurants, markets, and shops. We understand that the narrow road leading to our property might be a bit inconvenient for those arriving by car. However, we do our best to make this as hassle-free as possible by offering assistance with parking and helping guests with their luggage. 99% of Bali drivers are super accustomed to roads of all shapes and sizes ;) We hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing stay! It's wonderful to read your comments about our accommodation, we are so happy that the Double Happiness Suite left you speechless. Did you know that the frame of the room is an antique Chinese-Indonesian wooden frame that we salvaged? The room is themed on the Chinese symbol 囍 aka "double happiness". We loved reading your review Virginia! Great idea to use Gojek to get around to places further away, fortunately our location makes it easy to explore Seminyak on foot as well.
