We stayed in the family suite lagoon across. The bathroom was quite gross, not cleaned properly and the shower only had to be turned on for 30sec and it would over flow. Rooms are tired, mattress did not feel like a mattress and bed was a bit squeaky if moving around.

Loved that our room had a pool off the balcony with a bar and bar man/woman. It was shared with 3 other units so it was nice to be in a quieter swim zone at times. Also loved that there was so much available to do at the resort and easy to find your way around. Lots of fun for the kids. Staff were absolutely beautiful and so quick to bring things to your room like towels, room service, bottled water etc.

Friendly tip. Those rocks may need to be moved from underneath the hammock. And have something soft underneath so if any person does fall out of the hammock next time they won't get hurt.

The Resort was amazing and very Family friendly, with a few restaurants to choose from with different menu's. There are swimming pools and daily games to play. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. BALI DYNASTY is an amazing place to stay and we will be back.

Great facilities such as the pool and kids pool, restaurants, shops and the staff were very kind and helpful. The events for kids and adults also made for an inclusive environment and the staff were great with the kids. rooms had open balconies which was great for some private space.

Pool Tymings are very bad. Should open till 9 pm as we cant swim in direct sun to avoid sun tan and Bathrooms needs to be upgraded

The family rooms were way too small to fit us all. Bathrooms are tiny for sharing. Next time, id opt for an interconnecting room for space.

Rooms dated, smell damp, lots of little maintenance issues required, bunk beds so old that they creaked noisily every time a child moved, shower kept flooding. Culture from guests of reserving sun beds from 7am, so to swim you had to be there by 8am.

The room felt very moist, not sure if it’s because the aircon was on and it was so hot outside but it was just a damp feeling. Also the wifi was really bad in the room, constantly dropping out.

Very close to Discovery Mall as well as lots of restaurants in the resort. The staff were exceptional and welcoming, always smiling and saying hello. The pool was so good especially the kids area.
