The room wasn’t huge and actually had a side on view of the ocean that we needed to go onto the balcony for which was different to the photo we saw in the listing. We had some noisy neighbours and could hear the sound travel a bit through the walls. We also requested to leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out as we had a late flight that evening. When we returned to collect them we saw that they were left outside in the lobby area unattended… we weren’t sure how long they had been left out there. Possibly they had timed it for our arrival back at the hotel and whilst there were a couple of staff members in the vicinity, they could have easily been picked up by a stranger so didn’t feel very secure.

The architecture of the building is really modern and interesting and views facing the beach are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is huge and so delicious!

We highly recommend this hotel. The standard and quality are exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were not only helpful but also genuinely friendly, and the service was flawless from start to finish. Our room was unlike anything we’ve experienced before — we were upgraded to a spacious suite with a huge balcony and even a dedicated office area. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary glass water bottles instead of plastic. The laundry service was efficient and reliable. The fitness area was another highlight: well-equipped with high-quality machines, making workouts a real pleasure. A truly outstanding stay in every way.

Since our previous stay, the breakfast area has been moved to an upstairs indoor restaurant which we found a little crowded.

This is our third stay here at this newly refurbished hotel. The rooms are generous and the views are incredible. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating.

The lifts were a nightmare so slow and often taking a long time to get one - also I feel each level should have a sofa close or a couple of chairs so you can sit while waiting - I have a bad back and found this a problem - even at the concierge there is nowhere to sit again some seating should be there for customers who are elderly and need to sit

Incredible hotel, great value for money. Really good facilities, lots of activities, restaurant with great meal options and breakfast. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Rooms are clean, well sized and have lovely ocean views.

Tastefully decorated rooms in keeping with Balinese style but modern. Close to beach and good view from balcony. Great restaurant and breakfast. Wonderful staff.
