Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Usamos un sistema de comentarios ponderados, lo que significa que cuanto más reciente sea un comentario, mayor será su impacto en el cálculo de la puntuación total. Por otra parte, en la valoración se pueden dar "subpuntuaciones" individuales sobre aspectos importantes, como la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal, el confort, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la wifi gratuita. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoLa tranquilidad que había, la posibilidad de conocer cómo vive una familia tìpica balinesa. La amabilidad de la familia (te alquilan motos en el alojamiento y se ofrecen de guìas o a llevarte al aeropuerto por un buen precio). La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y por fin una ducha que no mojaba el retrete cuando te duchabas.
Por decir algo, había un gallo en el vecindario que a las 5:30 se ponìa a cantar. Con unos buenos tapones, problema resuelto.

Comentario auténticoUn homestay maravilloso. La familia encantadora y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Cerca del centro pero suficientemente alejado del ruido y el ajetreo de la ciudad. La habitación cómoda, limpia y cuidada, el desayuno muy rico y la ducha con buen agua caliente. Puedes contratatar con ellos excursiones y transporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto y te asesorarán bien en todo lo que necesites. Nos sentimos atendidos y cuidados durante toda nuestra estancia con detalles que iban más allá del precio de una habitación. Gracias a Ketut y su familia pudimos conocer y entender un poquito mejor cómo viven en sociedad y algunas de las costumbres balinesas.

Comentario auténticoEs un recinto familiar, preocupados en todo momento por sus huéspedes, tanto Alit como toda su familia son geniales, te organizan todo lo que quieres, rutas privadas por la zona ( hicimos una de ellas con su padre ) es un hombre muy cordial y nos explico todo….. hacen servicio de lavandería…. Son entrañables… También nos ofrecieron el servicio de transporte a Pandang Bai por un precio muy razonable…..

Comentario auténticoLa família que reside es muy muy amable y estas en medio de la naturaleza. Está a 10’ del centro de Ubud. Está muy bien si quieres tener la experiencia de vivir dentro de las casas/templos de la gente balinesa. La família nos pudo hacer la colada y lo agradecimos mucho ya que fue muy practico.
No es culpa de la família ya que no son del hotel, pero los gallos hacen ruido todo el dia y es muy dificil conciliar el sueño y poder dormir ya que muy temprano empiezan hacer mucho ruido.

Solo un ventilador muy suave, no AC. Mala iluminación. Muchos insectos dentro de la pieza. El ruido es insoportable, se escuchan las discusiones de toda la familia que vive ahí (que son bastantes) desde muy temprano y hasta bastante tarde.

Comentario auténticoEs una pasada de lugar, con un internet suficientemente bueno como para hacer videollamadas. En mi caso con la "jungla" justo enfrente, un sueño hecho realidad.
El recinto estaba lleno de gallos, y empiezan a cantar a las 4am sin misericordia. Cuando digo que estaba lleno es que fácilmente podía tener a 2 metros de la puerta 3 gallos gritando hasta perder la voz. Yo me puse tapones, y una almohada tapándome la oreja y aún así se oían muy fuerte 😂

Comentario auténticoNo tengo palabras para explicar lo especial que ha sido estar en esta casa típica balinea y con esta magnífica, agradable y hospitalaria familia. Te transmiten una energía muy humana, mucha paz. Nos ayudaron en todo, absolutamente en todo lo que necesitamos para planificar y continuar nuestro viaje por Indonesia, y Ketut se preocupó incluso cuando nos fuimos de Bali a Java. Además, tienen todos los servicios que necesitas: -Ketut es un maravilloso guía turístico, te cuenta y explica muchas cosas de su cultura y tradiciones balinesas, es encantador. -Su mujer es una maravillosa masajista, realiza los masajes en su propia casa y es toda una profesional, uno de los mejores masajes que he recibido, la hora que me masajeó me pareció 5 minutos!! No quería que terminase. -Made y su hermana, hijas de Ketut son maravillosamente serviciales, nos preparaba unos sabrosos desayunos. La vimos poner las ofrendas por toda su vivienda y nos explico muchas cosas sobre las mismas. - Además preparan cenas y también tienen para vender sarongs y muchas cositas más, y nunca te lo intentan vender, tú mismo/a las veras, además de que tienen en las habitaciones una carta de servicios. Sí Ubud es una villa encantadora, está familia hace que aún lo sea más. Y qué decir de sus peques, son adorables!!! Y también gracias al marido de Made por llevarnos hasta el bus y esperar hasta que llegase para irnos. . Volveré sin duda a Ubud, y en concreto a este alojamiento. Gracias Ketut y familia!!!!

Comentario auténticoNos trataron genial desde el minuto uno. Ibamos para 2 noches y nos quedamos una más. La segunda noche cenamos con ellos y nos hicieron una cena tipica balinesa que estaba muy buena y con mucha cantidad. Todo muy limpio y el baño con buena presión en la ducha y agua caliente. Nos alquilaron una moto los 3 días. El desayuno con varias opciones y muy completo. La verdad que si volvemos a Ubud repetiremos.

Comentario auténticoIntentan hacerte sentir parte de su familia. Todo el interior del hotel está lleno de detalles es algo que no te puedes perder. Alojarse aquí es otra forma más auténtica de hacer turismo, ya que te empapas de su cultura y huyes de los hoteles lujosos sin personalidad. Gente amable, dispuesta a ayudar y a enseñarte sus costumbres.
Todos los días, a las 4/5 de la mañana, los gallos se pelean por ser los mejores hasta el punto de dejarse la voz en el intento. Es algo común en Ubud, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta si lo que quieres es descansar bien.
